University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Easton

After getting into a car accident on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge this afternoon, the ambulance took my brother and I to the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center.
I was feeling nausea and having head, neck pains and I wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. The nurses were patient, kind, friendly, and helpful. They gave me three Tylenol’s with iced cold water to ease the pain. After resting a little bit, they asked my condition and still being in pain, I thought it was best to get some X-​rays. After getting X-​rays, everything was normal and my symptoms /​pain were caused by the whiplash of the accident. They gave me some neck exercise, suggested me to ice /​heat the pain areas the next few days, and advised me to follow up with my primary care physician if my symptoms persist. After being discharged, the officer on duty (at the front desk) was very hospitable and made my day. I wish there was a way to thank him!
