We got the night shift people. Asked for triple steak in a bowl. Got .5 steak, but paid 3 times the cost. I know some people don’t care about their job but come on. It’s not like we demanded perfectly cubed meat. Got a Quesarito that’s only filled with cheese and a tablespoon of rice. And hard shelled tacos with 90% lettuce. We have hard earned money too. We want it back. I’m sorry but I’m really furious.

I am a drive-​thru customer and my orders are always right. The woman with the ponytail who often works days is really nice and reflects well on management. The food is Taco Bell: fast, cheap & pretty tastey. I also like that you can drive up, get your food (order not screwed up), and leave with no drama. Thanks!

I can not get enough Taco Bell!!! Of course I miss the days buying here was cheap but for a quick bite you can’t go wrong anyway. And the app is cool too good place for a good bite.

I am upgrading my half star rating to 3 stars now because their service has gotten much better atleast towards me. They now fill up the burritos properly with the respective order. The people have always been nice but I guess the staff has managed to learn to how to make the orders properly now.
They did mess up an order for me but they made up for it by giving me a refund. They also gave me the exact same order on the house.
The reason why I am not rating it higher is because while their overall service has gotten better, they still sometimes make burritos that are only half full. I understand that sometimes they are in a hurry or someone is just having a bad/​off day but I am paying good money for a proper order.

Oh man we ate to many tacos. Luckily for us the guys were nice enough to let us grab some extra sauces and all the other goodies with our massive order of a Mexican feast. No the food was not any better than usual but bonus points were awarded for the people working there.

Worst bell I ever went to. Was there at lunchtime, decided to wash my hands while waiting for my order, that was a mistake! Doubt my hands were much cleaner after I washed them.
Waited over 10 minutes for my simple order of 1 meximelt and 1 quesidilla (sp?). The meximelt was over amp’d and very soupy, while the cheese and chicken inside the quesidilla (sp?) were cold.
Would go without lunch before stopping here again.
