Pretty standard panera restaurant… But i probably favor this one the least. I ordered their Chicken Cobb salad but found half of the ingredients more stale than fresh. As for their bread, I found it stale as well. I feel like they did not put enough avocado to balance the other ingredients and they added a little too much dressing. Oddly enough, I had a slightly more salty chocolate chip cookie. Delicious, but it was unusual…

It really is sad to see how a franchise can go down hill so quickly. Spent $ 21 dollars and got a misleading explanation of the crazy pricing, the wrong order of pasta, old lettuce, no baguette, rude service and I could have overlooked ALL of this if the restaurant was not disgustingly dirty!!! Very few people were eating, so one of the five employees could have been picking up the trash, wiping down the table, doing anything to clean up the mess. Don’t stay open that last hour if you don’t have the help to keep up decent standards. We are not going back to this location.

Today is April 17th, 2014. The time was 4:25pm. The check # 311 737.
I ordered two Greek salads. One with chicken, the other with no chicken. Two soups, two cookies. Bill was $ 32.97.
After receiving my «to go» order, I asked the girl at the counter to check my salad to see if chicken was added to the one. AGAIN they forgot to add chicken to my one salad. This is no exaggeration.. it’s been almost ten times now that they have screwed up my orders. Mostly forgetting the chicken on my Greek salads.
I really hope corporate reads this review. I’d really like to know what the problem is with this Panera location. Management has been informed numerous times but the employees still cannot get the orders right. It’s pretty ridiculous this has happened so many times to me. I do like eating their food but dread coming here because of their poor food preparation.

I do a lot of writing, and I do a lot of it in cafes, so I know the Panera Bread franchise pretty well. This one is head and shoulders above the others in the vicinity. The staff are warm and personable. They even offer to bring you more coffee! The facility is new and very clean. There are enough outlets to plug in your computer if you need to. It has a drive thru. And as I type this, I am sitting just below an eye-​level fireplace that is making the place so comfortable on a chilly morning.
It doesn’t seem as busy as some of the other local Panera restaurants, maybe because it is relatively new and people are just learning about it. I am sure management wants that to change. I hesitated on writing this review, because, personally, I hope it remains a delightful little secret. But good service needs to be acknowledged, and whatever management is doing here has filtered down to every employee. Kudos!
