Really cool spot. My wife and I had the pork quesadilla, the beef tostada, chips, and guac. The quesadilla have a fig taste that was pretty awesome, and I had a strawberry jalapeño margarita. Total bill was 35 bucks. Pretty rad. We sat barside because we didn’t realize it was a reservation-type place.

The food is ok nothing spectacular and the drinks are good sometimes so it’s not consistent but the service is horrible. I had a bad experience then tried again since it’s close to home but the 2nd time was worse.

Alright, so I came back because my wife reeeeeeally wanted their queso and chorizo Mac&cheese again and I love her too much to say no. For an appetizer we skipped the overpriced guac and got the calamari which was actually very good… Tender and cooked perfectly. I appreciate their attempt to make it more Mexican themed wasabi-avacado dipping sauce which really worked. For my meal I got the fish tacos which was also really good and for T price you pay, a bargain. We also got the fried plantains again which thankfully weren’t overcooked this time and were delicious just like everything else we ordered this time. Based off of my experience this time, I upped the rating to 4 stars. Hopefully the next visit lands in the«win» column like this one did.

Fantastic! Go, Have some guacamole, Have a margarita. ENJOY! I don’t like the food around Easton for the most part… Lots of overpriced disappointments… but this isn’t one of those times… My wife and I have fallen in love with this joint. Chips are great. Salsa is super fresh and delicious. The Guacamole is Awesome, can tell it’s fresh and not out of a bag like some places. My wife had Pork Tacos, Delicious and with a sweet flavor. Made me try them and they were so tasty… I had the Grilled Hanger Steak meal with Lobster rice… I want to leave work right now and order it again… for the love of god I was stuffed and just couldn’t stop eating it. We’ve tried a couple different margarita’s during our visits. Stick with the plain old regular margarita. It’s super tasty and strong although it doesn’t taste that way. 2 makes me wobble pretty good. Can’t think of a single bad thing to say… oh the Bill… EVENBETTER! to flip it open at the end! Meal for 2: 2 Sodas, 2 Margaritas, 1 Order of Chips & salsa, 1 Giant bowl of guacamole, with more chips. 3 Pork Tacos meal and Side, Steak with a lobster sauce, and lobster rice on the side I think it came to $ 61.00… really? such a great meal with drinks(alcohol) for $ 60ish. Go here! Try it! I can’t say enough about the décor, food, friendly staff, prices!

Mesa’s décor is very impressive. I wish I could say the same for the food and service. Our family of five came in for lunch on a Sunday, the place was dead besides a couple at the bar, we were the only people in the place. So you would think you would be getting the freshest food and attentive service. Not to say we had a terrible experience, it just didn’t live up to the hype of other Unilocal reviews. The young man waiting on us was quite abrupt with us no smile on his face. We all had this joke that we thought we were sitting in the principals office when he came to the table. The way he would fill our water glasses was like nothing I have ever experienced he would basically run up to the table put out his hand and say«can I have your glass?» Very sturnlike. He didn’t say«would you like some more water?» It was a little odd. The food was just okay. It was not bad and was not good. I got the carne burrito it was on the cold side. And just filled with rice and beans and very little steak. And what Mexican restaurant serves French fries with a burrito I’ll never know.

Loved it. The lunch specials were awesome. I came with a large party, including 5 children and the wait staff treated us so well. Lucas was our waiter and was very sweet, Brittany the manager even held my baby for a while while I ate the delicious chicken tortilla soup! When in back in Easton I will definitely visit this place again.

Not impressed. Very small menu. Very small portion size. A little expensive for the little they give. Cute place though! Don’t see what the hype is about though.

Mexican corn, salsa and margaritas are yummy. The Decore is very pretty. Lovely server, surly host. Everything else was okay.

Really good food, but super slow service! Was recommended by a friend, and really disappointed by how long it took to get our food.

Great drinks but poor service. The food, ambiance and drinks are always great but the last few times I have gone the service was horrible.

Excellent flavors, innovative and friendly cuisine! Beet and avocado salad was divine, as was the roasted pepper soup, creamy and garnished with corn. The regular salsa was one of the most flavourful I’ve ever had– in winter no less, and I’m dare saying this as a Californian. It’s all pricier than I expected but I guess avocados don’t grow on trees here, do they? Who knew you could eat great Mexican in Easton, PA?

I love Mesa! My friends and I go to Mesa almost every time we need a night out. I definitely recommend visiting on Mondays for margarita night, or Tuesdays for taco night. They have a huge selection of margaritas, and they are all amazing. The tacos are great too — they look small, but they are filling! Mesa also has a variety of guacamole flavors and a large menu, so there is something for everyone. Mesa has a great atmosphere and the staff is quick and helpful. They are usually busy, so I recommend making a reservation ahead of time to make sure you get in. There’s outdoor seating when it’s warm outside, a great spot to hang out with friends.

I used to live in Easton and I have been to Mesa twice. The first time, my husband’s family was visiting from Southern California. We sat outside, which I usually enjoy, but be aware that this stretch of south 3rd is fairly loud with the bus station across the street. The server seemed pretty clueless. None of us enjoyed our meals. It was basically bland gringo food. We realized it was stupid to take southern Californians to a TexMex place in Easton. Very underwhelming experience. The second time I went was for salsa dancing night, which was fun. There were actually Latinos there — not just gringos like usual. I just got a beer and danced; I learned my lesson with the food.

Went a few months ago and I was really excited to go. Mainly because I’ve always seen Easton as this small town with nothing ‘hip’ or ‘attractive’. The drinks come in mason jars… that’s all I needed. From the outside it was very welcoming and looked, like I said, ‘hip’. People were dancing and the music was cool. I liked my food and the service. The second time thoooougggghhhhhh was recent. I got weird vibes from the service and realized that the menu could use some more stuff… well, not more stuff, but the lunch menu should be available around the clock, not just during lunch. That knocked out 25% of the menu… it was also the most cost effective part of the menu. Free chips were the saving grace. If the lunch was offered open to close, I might have given this place a four. Décor is cool… it’s dimly lit so your Instagram skills will be put to the test.

Monday night and lots of places are closed in Easton. Mesa, thankfully is open. Stopping in during a long walk, nice to snack on some excellent Mexican food. Tacos are the new style triple play. Great ingredients served as three tacos, three small flour shells nicely grilled. Not filling, would be 5 stars if they were $ 3 cheaper. Great atmosphere and friendly bar service make this a nice spot to go alone or with a group. Looks like an upscale place and pulls it off. The tequila situation is above average but could be better, perhaps over time.

We went a little bit ago and the space was nice but our visit was pretty underwhelming. Our server was pretty awkward and bordered on hovering. The guacamole was good but nothing was really done table-side. I like how there are different varieties of guacamole. The calamari was on the smaller side and chewy but the avocado wasabi sauce was nice. For $ 3.95 the side of beans and rice was also pretty small. The Mexican corn on the cob was okay, nothing exciting. It is pricier with smaller portions. If I was to go back it would probably just be for drinks and guacamole. Maybe Margarita Monday.

A nice surprise for us to have such a wonderful experience for a light summer lunch at Easton. The avocado salad is really a pleasure. Also like the interior design and the background music.

The worse Mexican resturant ever. Afro-Cuban Music being played. Sauce is placed on the on all the meals we ordered. That just gives me the hit that the food is bland and that what it was. Café con Leche is not served with regular Columbian coffee and steamed milk, it’s served with espresso coffee and steamed milk. Will never return and never recommended.

All Show No Go… Very inviting façade gave way to a very mediocre experience. We had lunch here and had high expectations but all of us were disappointed with every aspect of our experience. The waiter was condescending and seemed above questions. My party had the tacos and the burrito, as well as guacamole. The guacamole was good, but I have had better. My salmon taco was the best item, but still lacked anything special. The burrito was dry and the steak taco lacked flavor. In addition even the water served in a fancy bottle was obviously unfiltered tap water which tasted like the Delaware River. Save your money and find another restaurant with better Mexican food. I honestly do not understand those giving higher ratings… But to each there own.

Have been to this location several times since it’s opened, food and place itself is great. Lacking good service lately. This is the 3rd time I’ve come on a Saturday for their«salsa night«and the service has been awful. Waited 15 minutes to get a drink order and another 20 to get the actual drink. In the meantime, 4 servers were chatting away and dancing the night away. Disappointed to say the least. Thumbs down…
