I found them on Unilocal and decided to drive out from Manhattan for a trail ride. Our guide Jackie was very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. We had a lovely time riding through the trees. I will be back. Would definitely recommend them.

For my 16th birthday I really wanted to expand my horseback riding experience by beginning lessons again. I wanted a relaxed atmosphere that I could enjoy learning in since my previous lessons at another farm had left me feeling stressed and pressured. It’s safe to say GRF was everything I wanted and more! I have a lesson block and couldn’t be happier! The horses are clearly happy and well taken care of, the trails are gorgeous, and the staff are very friendly and always helpful!

My daughter rode here last summer through a Girl Scouts camp program, and this fall we took our entire GS Troop to earn our first badge of the year. Gentle, obviously loved, horses, nice human staff, wonderful trails through the woods; the girls all had a great experience. We’ve been back with friends for weekend rides, and we’ll be back again.
