Had a surprise party for the wife there last night and they really made sure everyone had a great time. The food and service were outstanding. While their entire wait staff is great we, of course had the best waitress, Giovanna who is always good for a few laughs and making all feel at home. Giuseppe and his wife were out in the dinning room all night to make sure everything was perfect. Giuseppe even made a special dessert of chocolate filled rice balls for us, which were fantastic. Great food great people !

Five stars. All 7 in our party raved about their dinner. I had the rabbit special and would order it every time I go if it were the menu. Love the atmosphere of this little mom and pop old world Italian place!

Shame on me for living a block away and not coming here more often! We got a last-minute reservation this past Saturday after deciding we didn’t want to drive far in the snow and ice(and really, we easily could have walked it!) Such a warm and familial atmosphere inside — feels just like you’re in a trattoria in Italy, or your Nana’s dining room, where the emphasis is on food, friends and family — and not the frills! We didn’t bring a bottle of wine which I immediately regretted, but definitely won’t forget next time! The food was out of this world — I just love Giuseppe’s sauce recipe! It’s the best I’ve ever had, aside from my mother’s :) We had the eggplant parmigiana and the spaghetti bolognese, both of which came in large-enough portions that we both left with to-go boxes. But I managed to save enough room for an espresso and tiramisu, which in my opinion was the perfect balance of all ingredients — not too moist, not too dry, not too heavy on the rum — literally perfection! I don’t know how they could do it, but I would just love if they were able to add an outdoor area — even just a few bistro tables out front — I think I’d be there every weekend in the summer!

Don’t be fooled by the looks of the outside of this building. We go to this restaurant every year for my daughters birthday. This is true italian cooking like my grandmother used to make. Everything is made to order so it does take just a bit longer but it is SO worth any wait. The owners of the restaurant are warm and welcoming — Giuseppe does all the cooking and comes out in to the dining room to talk with the customers. An added bonus is that the restaurant is BYOB making for a reasonably priced evening out!

I came upon this restaurant by accident. The service was amazing and the food was better. It is located in a small strip mall, in a residential area. Definitely worth the stop!

Fantastic casual Italian Restaurant in the middle of an Easton neighborhood. A hidden gem, even hate to share this special find. We have been going here for years– it is our favorite local Italian restaurant and is BYBO! We love the homey atmosphere that Giuseppi and his wife bring. Giuseppi usually comes into the dining area to personally greet each table and ask how everyone’s meal was. Chicken Parmigiana, and Vitello Sophia are 2 of our favorite dishes. Their tiramisu and cannoli’s, when available, are very good too. Just went their last night with friends and everyone enjoyed their meal while enjoying wine brought from Napa Valley! Can’t beat a great Saturday night out like this!

Great little Italian BYOB! Been there a couple times so far & we’ll def be back. If you like veal, that is what to order. It’s amazing! We love the cozy, familiar atmosphere too.

Have been to Giuseepe’s several times. Food is good, but it is the veal that is done at a very high level, quite exceptional, both in quality of the veal and the chef’s mastery in prep.

Cibo fantastico! Four and a half stars. I can only add my voice to the approving chorus for this extraordinary gem in the heart of a leafy suburban neighborhood. I’ve been to many of the best, most swish restaurants in the Valley, and I challenge anyone to find a sweeter, more authentic experience in pan-Italian cuisine. Dollar for pound of sheer eating joy, nothing comes close. The menu is comparably small and blessedly free of gimmicks and flavor-of-the-month trends, and yet this kitchen produces feats of magic. There’s no big-city flash or expensive chairs from the MOMA design collection. The dining room is adorable and quiet and humble — very unassuming and old school-charming. One feels one’s self transported to a small restaurant in Liguria or Napoli. There’s a considerable selection of specials on any given night to augment a menu heavy on seafood and pasta. The kitchen goes to any lengths to please, we found, and honored all our complicated requests. The service is dignified and intelligent — and patient — and the other clientele were a little older and wonderfully well-mannered. When you’ve got a five-year-old in tow, you appreciate guests who understand the occasional kid-tantrum. Not that my boy was complaining. He ate up everything until he was happily sated. Service is not super-fast, but neither is truly passionate cooking. I certainly didn’t find the service pace outside the bounds of acceptability, and the thoughtfulness and solicitousness of the waitress made things extra special. For $ 100, I, my wife, and my son got out with an unforgettably yummy meal including fancy desserts and coffee. My wife sometimes has trouble finishing her food, but she didn’t leave a crumb on her puff pastry dessert with mascarpone, cream, berries, and chocolate sauce. As others have said, be sure to make reservations. The place fills up. And I don’t drink, but it’s BYOB, and just about everyone else brought in a bottle of wine, I noticed. We’ve been telling all our friends about the experience ever since. Even a few days later, with all the leftovers tragically gone, we’re still in the«afterglow» of a great dining experience.

I went a couple of weeks ago when I was in town for work. It was not that impressive at all. The flavors of my pollo alla romana were not balanced very well, and the service was quite slow. This wasn’t my waitress’s fault; she was just simply overworked. I did not feel as if I ate anything there I couldn’t make at home.

Yes this place is in the middle of nowhere and it is hard to find but Giuseppe’s is a real gem. People all talk about how The Vineyard(down in Southside Bethlehem) is the«secret» spot for locals to eat. Well, this place is even more secret… It’s a small family-owned restaurant in a residential neighborhood and seating is limited so reservations are recommended. You can call pretty much anytime past noon and I’ve had my reservation taken or they’ve taken a message and called me back within a few hours. It’s BYOB so make sure you stop at the store first. And they take credit cards so I’ve never been caught short. Service was excellent and everything came out in a timely manner. The food is fresh and in good quantity but not in overwhelming quantity. The cold antipasto platter is a good buy and serves four. I’ve come in with a girl and my bill was under $ 45, including appetizer and entrees. I’m not sure where the previous reviewer meant when they spent $ 100… but I guess it’s possible if you ordered the most expensive menu items. There are a variety of choices in different price ranges and they’re all great dishes. Don’t be mistaken that the cheaper entrees aren’t as good as the most expensive ones. I’ve found that some of the pricier dishes actually are a bit too heavy for me(crab and cream sauces, etc.). I think the stuffed baked eggplant was only $ 13 and it was a gorgeous entrée. I do wish they’d give more bread… their bread basket is heavenly. I don’t know why. It just is. I think only one of the desserts is made in house but I’ve forgotten what I ordered when it came to sweets. Parking is a bit tight in the lot sometimes if people are coming and going(the place is usually packed solid). Nothing to worry about. I’ve never had trouble parking, it just took longer than I expected to get out.
