5 stars for Mallory my salesgirl, and the exceptional service she provided me. Her dedication for service was commendable.
I went into this store for work shoes. I tried on many shoes and finally found a great pair. Sadly, i was hoping for pumps, but was advised there were not that many in stock, as the store was gearing up for a season change. So 1 ½ stars on supply, as I work in an office, I really needed pumps and i’m sure I am not the only person in PA that has problem feet and works in an office. I didn’t understand how a specialty store could have limited pumps in their inventory.

Total waste of my time. I stopped in the store to replace an old pair of orthopedic inserts. Went through the hour long process of listening to the sales pitch and being fitted for inserts. At the end, the sales lady told me that I need a prescription from my podiatrist to get the same type of insert that I have now. So you just wasted an hour of my valuable time. When I could have gone to my podiatrist and had them do everyrhing. Really? Thanks alot.

My mom spotted their ad in The Morning Call and we decided to venture over there to check it out. Mom requires some special accommodations for her feet and we were hoping for a different and positive experience. Boy, did we get more than we could have hoped for! Stephanie was SO incredibly professional, patient, helpful and and took almost 2 hours with my mom. She was so attentive to my mother’s needs and was a good listener, with a side order of a great sense of humor :) We found out she and her husband own this store and that made us all the more appreciate the great customer service we received. You get one-​on-​one attention, which really sets them apart from others. The selection of the shoes and products is outstanding. And even after all that time she spent with my mother, Stephanie took time out to address some concerns of my own. We will definitely come back and spread the good word about this wonderful small business!

The People here are awesome first of all. I came in not knowing what I really wanted, just that I had back pain and my feet always hurt (I’m a Bartender). They did an entire evaluation on me for free. Let me decide if I wanted to go super crazy and get custom fit insoles for support or just buy any one size fits type. I picked my own shoes (non slips of course) and they did the rest. I decided to go with the custom considering your feet are the most important thing in the service industry. Within a week they were ready… they cut them and fit them for me and they even tied my shoes for me! LOL! I loved it! This is a family run place which I love, so you get tons of attention and people who are just down to earth and understand what you need. If you need good shoes for any reason, go here.
