Doctor Paul and his staff are very patient and treat each computer as if it were a patient. You bring it in not feeling well, and before you know it, it leaves fully cured.

I have a cracked screen on my macbook, and I went to Easton Electronics to get a quote and order the parts to get it fixed. Once the screen came in, I gave them my computer. That was 6 weeks ago. The tech, Zeus, said it would take about a week to complete. One week passed, and not a single phone call. Two weeks passed, and nothing. We called and inquired about the status of the computer, and was told that they ordered the wrong screen size and the parts were on their way. I was perturbed, mostly because of the lack of communication. Over the next three weeks we called them about once a week, and their excuses just weren’t adding up. They said they had to purchase a lens, and brackets, and all sorts of excuses that were delaying the process week after week. I would call and speak to Zues, and he would say it was the brackets. Then, the next day his coworker would answer, and say it was a lens. Finally we went to the store to ask about it, and some woman who I presume is the owner was there. She offered a full refund and apologized about all of the delays, and this was last week. Today we went to pick up the computer, and ask for a full refund. We put a down payment of 178 $ and received a CHECK of 78 dollars back. My Macbook was given to them 6 weeks ago and I just picked it up today. Weeks ago when we called, they said they needed brackets and a lens and things that would insinuate that the computer had been opened and worked on. ZUESEVENTOLDUSTHATHEHAD A HARDTIMEGETTINGTHEGLUEOFFOFTHEBACKOFTHESCREEN. You can understand my frustration in opening up the computer fully intact, with the screen NEVERBEINGTOUCHED. When I called again after I got home, they hung up on me. There is a laundry list of things that went wrong here, but most of all, we never even got a full refund. I am out 100 $, and was without my computer for over a month. Something is going to be done about this, but for everyone considering Easton Electronics, think twice.
