This place looks very nice. They offer free watch batteries but I had a very bad experience with my watch. They didn’t have the battery in stock so they asked if I’d leave it. One week later I picked it up and all seemed fine. A few days after I noticed moisture inside the face of the watch. I had the watch looked at when I wanted the battery changed they said the seal was damaged and they noticed rust on the hands. Bottom line the watch is damaged and this is not an inexpensive watch!!! I should know better than going to any Lehigh Valley biz. for high end purchases or repairs. Next time it’s NYC or Philly!

My leather watch band was replaced in 5 min., while I waited. The new band was very reasonably priced and my watch looks like new. Very pleased with their high level of service, reasonable price, and friendliness.

I had a terrible experience with Beverly Palm Jewelers. I went to them to get an engagement ring. I decided on a ring that had to be ordered, and Valerie, one of their salespeople, said it would take about 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I had heard nothing and called Valerie. She said that the designer was busy and the order would be in in a few days. A few days later, I called again and was told that the designer was still delayed. After a couple more weeks, I started to get anxious because Christmas was approaching and I wanted to have the engagement ring so that my fiancé and I could announce our news to our friends and family. I called Valerie again, and was told that the designer was overwhelmed with business and could not complete the order. At this point, it had been 7 weeks since I first ordered the ring. I was suspicious of what Valerie was telling me and I called the ring designer directly. They said that Valerie at Beverly Palm had put the order on hold weeks ago and had been lying to me. Why did they do this? Because they could not afford to pay the designer for the ring. The staff at Beverly Palm could have simply told me that they could not fulfill the order, but instead they stringed me along with lies.
