They just take forever to find your dish… Very slow service! The food is fine but nothing special. You want to go, ok. You don’t want to go, you won’t be regret.

We really wanted it to be good– I promise– we went in with open minds, hoping this place would be for us. When we sat down, I looked around and thought, «what a nice, light-filled space». Then crash crash crash– a man with a cart was throwing dishes into a bus bin seemingly as loudly as possible. I thought, «well working on a saturday probably sucks– poor guy». Coffee took quite a while and was very watery– this is to be expected in a high-volume diner– they probably use crystals. Still though, my partner and I agreed, the food here is probably really good– probably some staple, no muss diner fair. It was really bad. We got an Eggs benedict– canned hollandaise(which can be pretty good) of a violent mustard-yellow color and a flavor like mayonaise mixed with onion powder. Crazily overcooked poached eggs. Ham instead of canadian bacon? Corn beef hash… oh boy– it looks like… well something a cat might leave on your carpet… and tastes like dog food. I think we each had a bite and then covered it with a napkin so as not to have to look at it. The saving grace were the blueberry pancakes– no complaints to be made. They weren’t anything special but were miles above the rest of the meal and were way better than the ones the new Silver Spoon management has been churning out. I don’t think we will ever be back because the value for money is just not there– If I did give it another chance however, it would probably be late at night and I would probably go for something fried(and I would have to be pretty fried myself).

I ordered delivery from these people, as I have many times in the past, with pretty good success, well this time they sent me only half the order, scallops were literally burnt, and no stuffing to go with them, no salad, rolls crushed, no potato, asked for green beans got corn, called to complain as I was at work and had no other way of getting anything as it was late at night and I’m on a desk that I can’t leave. I was told the driver left, and there was nothing that could be done, leaving having to order from somewhere else and sacrifice the $ 25.00 I had just spent, so I left a number for them to call back and never heard anything so I called them to find out what was going to happen, and they offered another meal, GREATRIGHT, no, instead less than a minute later, I get a call from someone completely different making explain it all over again, and he hung up on me, and refused me my money back or food, I have pics and all, but he was not interested, so basically stealing people’s hard earned money, even when they have been a repeat customer is worth it… STAYAWAYFROMTHESEPEOPLE!!!

I think giving this place one star is unfair, but only because I fortunately did not get food poisoning. I’ve been here multiple times over the years, and only due to a lack of options for late night, or breakfast all day. Each time I go there, it gets worse. I usually order something simple, like an Omlet w/homefries and toast, and they can’t even get that right. The eggs, and cheese, meh, nothing special, but not vomit enducing. The home fries are the worst, and are usually served cold and have no flavor whatsoever. They are lazy, terrbile cooks, and probably use sisco’s cheapest ingredients. I’m no foodie, but I have taste buds. My most recent, and final time eating there, i decided to get a slighly more advanced item– a spanish omlet. I expected eggs w/toastitos grade salsa at the least. What i got was eggs with budget marinara sauce slathered all over it, and all up in it, so i couldn’t even scrap it off, as not to waste food. When the waitress asked how my food was, I apologized for being picky, and that the omlet tasted terrible, and that I couldn’t eat it with the pizza sauce all over it. She asked if I wanted the kitchen to make me something else, but I politelty declined since I had already waited 20 plus minutes for it and had to go. I choked down the dry and luke warm home fries, and asked for the check, which i assumed would be adjusted. It wasn’t, and when I asked to have the Omlet taken off, since it was the worst one i’ve ever tasted, she told me that I’d have to speak to the manager. I agreed, and prceeded to follow her to the front counter, where I spoke to the manager, and informed her that the pizza sauce they put on my eggs ruined my breakfast — she proceeded to tell me that they make the sauce fresh, and said«not to insult you, but it is home made, not canned» I politely insisted, that she adjust the bill, and she finally did… Nonsense! Short story long… Stay far away! Any good reviews of this place are fake, or those people have really really bad taste. Most likey the former. Make the drive out of town, or eat Dunkin’ instead — nuff said!

I mean I have been here three times each time hoping for a better meal… Each time was at a different point in the day as well breakfast, lunch, and diner. One word should cover the review– GREASY With such a large menu it is expected to only be ok… Yet I was sorry to find that the food was below average which is a disappointment in a restaurant with an ideal location… My review is added support by how wonderful the neighboring SILVERSPOON diner was… I do believe that the restaurant had great costumer service and that is where the stars come from… I guess it is a great 2 am choice, but not so great for the rest of the day… Check it out or don’t. Until next time

I dined here recently and overall it was a good experience. We arrived at approximately 5:30pm on a weeknight and had no problem getting a booth. Service was quick and our waitress was very nice. The food was pretty good. I got a rueben and fries and it was good. The fries weren’t the best — I’d probably opt for the curly fries option next time. Friends got the grilled cheese and a veggie omelet. Both liked their food. We’d be back if in the area. Oh and the menu is ENORMOUS. One of the biggest menus I’ve ever seen!

I love this place. After a night in Noho friends and I usually swing by here. Is it convenient? Not at all. It’s usually completely out of our way. But there’s slim pickens at 2am and we want real breakfast food, Denny’s(ew). I love diners. Fast food cooked well. How can you screw up eggs, toast and homefries?! Exactly. This diner nails it. I’m from the land of diners(jersey) and while this one isn’t quite on par with them, it definitely holds it’s own. Very friendly staff, great, quick food.

Pretty alright if it’s 2am. But wide awake, sober, and during any normal daylight hours, you have other choices that are infinitely better. Everything tastes like it was zapped with the bland-generic-taste laser before it hits your table. If you’re hunting for a good, old-fashioned diner breakfast, the Silver Spoon down the street is a much better option.

Terrible delivery service. Delivered the wrong food and when called they blamed us for opening it after the driver left and said there was nothing they could do. They finally agreed to send the right order but it never arrived. Called back after waiting an hour and a half and was told they were too busy and weren’t going to deliver it. Unbelievably awful customer service and the manager was completely unapologetic.

My rating is based on 1 visit, they get half a star for their breakfast food, and 1.5 stars for their customer service, yes their service is better than the breakfast food. Haven’t had the chance to taste the lunch and dinner food but if its as good as their breakfast im in no hurry

With family out in Easthampton, I find myself out this way at least one weekend a month. One of my favorite places to go while here is the Easthampton Diner for breakfast. I’ll preempt my review with the following disclaimer — all I’ve ever eater there is breakfast, as they serve it all day(I can’t be offerred breakfast and not get it). I’ve been there probably 12x total. Anyway, the food is always great. Their home fries are pretty good and they give you plenty, servings are nice. The sausage is great, pancakes, french toast — you name it and it’s good. The service has always been good — they may be brisk but they are friendly and right there with refills and whatnot. Sure, décor wise the place is a big diner — but hello, they tell you that in the name :) Oh — it’s also a plus that they have a big, private parking lot(if you know this area, that isn’t always assured).

Let’s just be honest the food at the Easthampton Diner Restaurant generally leaves a lot to be desired. Even so there are a few reasons to frequent this particular establishment. 1. Strawberry Milkshakes: I have one particularly fond memory of laughing hysterically with friends while drinking one of these shakes, but even without the nostalgia factor, they blend one of the best strawberry shakes I have ever tasted. 2. Hours: Easthampton could fairly be categorized a sleepy little town, so for those of us who sometimes want to eat after 9pm, even the mediocre fare of the Easthampton Diner Restaurant will do when compared to the nothing that is available elsewhere. 3. Ambiance: Entering the Easthampton Diner Restaurant is like stepping through a time portal into 1970. I would guess that not a single fixture or feature has been updated since their opening. It is possible that since the strawberry shakes are such a delight there may be other hidden treasures in the giant menu, just don’t try the tuna melt, yikes!

this place has some sort of cleaner or deodorizer that has a sickening sweet flowery fragrance that interferes with tasting the mediocre food and sticks on your clothes after you leave. no thanks.

It’s the only place in Easthampton open 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays, so you end up going there a lot if you’re not up for driving all the way out to Northampton. The food is typical diner fare – not great, but not terrible either. Paper placemats, so scribblers like myself have plenty to occupy themselves with while waiting for food. Though they have a gigantic menu, I usually only get a cheeseburger, fries, and a chocolate milkshake. Again, not the best cheeseburger in the valley, but not too bad. All the same, the diner’s a bit seedy, and you’re more likely than not to find something floating in your tap water. But that’s a diner for you.

If you find yourself out in Western MA, near Mt. Tom and looking for tasty diner — the East Hampton Diner is great! Real diner feel, friendly staff and good food. There was plenty of parking — we were there around 10am on a Sunday and were happy to see there was no wait. Tons of tables helps to ensure you’ll get a seat right away. I ordered the short stack of pancakes, with apples and bacon on the side. The pancakes were great — apples were plentiful which made me very happy. They did have pre-packaged syrup and the bacon was a bit chewy and not as crispy as I like. Over all, we were pleased.
