I don’t know how this place stays in business. I only come here because it’s the nearest papa John to me. The service is slow the workers there ignore you because they are busy keeping up with other orders. I placed an order 40 plus minutes earlier already paid and I’m waiting for it still baking in the oven. They’re rude too. Telling me to be patient and wait! Word of advice, they also get your order wrong — i just noticed. If the pizza wasn’t such a good deal with their promos and my kids not liking it i wouldn’t even bother!

Pathetic customer service. Unfortunately only place which delivers pizza to my home. But I will not order again. First it took almost 1 hr 45 min to deliver. Secondly the guy who delivers haggles for more tips and the final straw on the camels back was when we found out that they had delivered a wrong pizza we called. The store person wanted me to read out the label number and j said I gave back the box to the driver. She put me to the manager. No apologies and he said he will send the correct one and kept the phone. Rude guy. It took another 45 min to deliver and it was cold! This is not the first time it is happening. They are always late and pizza s are cold. No more from this place!

Awful delivery service. 2 hours from placing of order until it was delivered. The delivery area is too big with too few drivers. Go elsewhere. This is a poorly run business not worth your hard earned dollars.

The last few times that we have ordered here, I’ve experienced untrained staff, disorganization, and long wait times to carryout our order. Our last delivery order took over 90 mins to arrive, and the manager at the time repeatedly stated the order was on its way. We live 10 mins away, so I was rather incredulous at his attempts to placate me. I think I’m officially done with this franchise.

Multiple experiences of disgust with this location. 2 stick out the most. 1. They had a deal where they offered half off your pizza the day after a Phillies victory. so we called in for the order but they refused to place the order because they claimed they were losing money off the deal. So y not pull the add all together. Most importantly if you are going to still«attract» ur paying customers with this advertisement, attached to the pizza box from a prior delivery, Either honor the deal or compensate them accordingly. I had spoken to a gentleman who had apologetically directed me to her superior(Franchise owner), who said tough luck there is nothing we can do. Being an avid fan of Papa Johns, and knowing one franchise or person doesn’t define the whole company, but it showed bad representation. and was an enormous Turn off… 2. Months later obviously after my anger towards this location had gone i went on their online website to order a large pie on their 12 bucks any large deal, for delivery. 1 hour later still no response, i called in and a lady, whose voice beared resemblance to the franchise owner i spoke to months back, says to me their isnt a delivery person available. so i would have to come pick it up. Irritated as i was i went to get the pizza, and the only person at the location at 3:30pm on a wednesday afternoon was this franchise owner. who for all i know along with her poor skills of running a franchise, cant make a pizza to save her life. as it was burnt, and i am no pizza chef, but i can say that she doesnt know the consistency of cheese to sauce and the whole nine yards. On top of that knowing that i had to come pick it up because they dont have a delivery boy OR any other staffer who can make a legit pizza she charges me the full price for the pizza. I had asked her y i wasnt able to recieve the deal i had ordered online, and she had told me that was an online deal for delivery. i told her that is no fault of mine and that u should atleast honor the price if anything. and she said she will not and thats not her fault… Utter disgust and I have lost faith in the whole Papa Johns franchise for employing or having pathetic people such as her representing their name. I will no longer be going to Papa Johns and will tell all my family and friends to refrain from going their as well. Dominos may not deliver and Pizza Hut may be a bit far, heck i’ll have 7-Eleven frozen pizza, but i will not go through this nonsense again.

I wish 0 or ½ of a star was possible. I cannot stress enough how bad this place is. And this isn’t just a case of Papa Johns pizza not being good. I am not being a pizza snob here. Anyone who orders pizza from one of these places knows what they are getting in to. Its cheap and convenient. That is of course if it doesn’t take 95 minutes to arrive. Yes, it took me 95 minutes to get a pizza from a place that is 5 minutes from my house. In that time I could have gone to the grocery store, purchased pizza ingredients, driven home, and fully prepared my own pizza. I was twice told that the driver was on his way, the first time 60 minutes before the pizza actually arrived. Of course when it did finally arrive it was cold. Please, just order pizza from an actual pizzeria or even Dominos if you are just slumming it.

Horrible customer service. Been waiting 3 months to hear back from ownership after multiple complaints and wrong orders. Not worth the hassle. Go to any other local pizza place to avoid the hassle. If they had taken the time to actually right their wrong and contact me over this, I would be singing a different tune but I essentially feel robbed of both money and a satisfying experience. 0 stars
