Great breakfast sandwiches!(Have never done lunch there.). Slow but worth the wait!

Went here around 10:30. Barely any bagels left. Got an everything bagel with egg and cheese. Explained the order twice and when I got home it was still wrong. Everything bagel didn’t have salt, which is a bummer. But nonetheless the bagel was actually pretty good. Will probably go back

Owners with an attitude. I go in once in a while for a bagel and a cup of tea. I drink black tea with 2 equal. The owner has decided that stocking equal along with the splenda, sugar, sweet & low is not worth his trouble. You pay $ 1.25 for a small cup of tea that uses a $.03 teabag and its too much trouble to make the customer happy. All bagel shops carry all the available sweetners, convenience stores carry all popular sweetners. But this guy is too lazy too put out something too make the customer happy. He told me to bring my own sweetner. What next my own teabags and cups?

I was there this morning. This was my third visit. I found the staff to be surly and sour on my first visit. The bagel was OK, but nothing to rave about. Things were much improved for my second visit. I purchased about $ 58.00 worth of lottery tickets and bagel products. Again, the bagel was OK. Nothing special. On both occasions I also placed a nice bit of cash in their tip container on both visits. Today, I stood at the counter like a idiot and I was totally ignored. There was no one else at the counter. There was no line. About two minutes slowly ticked by before I turned and left. I won’t be back to this place ever again!

So bad it was funny. Returning to the area on a road trip, I suggest to my group, «Let’s find a Jewish Deli for lunch!». Brooklyn Bagels Deli sounded like the very thing. We left the highway, drove a bit to find the place, and found what would be more aptly named, «Surly Korean Sandwiches, hopefully». We stupidly forged ahead anyway, but you should not. Terrible food, poor selection, painfully slow yet empty, the works. Keep driving.

Having Brooklyn Bagels within walking distance, is definitely a perk. Owners and workers are all so nice and pleasant. The bagels are very good. They have just about any kind of spread that you want including fresh lox and cream cheese, and grilled food. Many assorted beverages. Price is reasonable for a good breakfast.

I like how the put garlic on both sides of the bagel, not just the top. The owner and staff that work there are extremely friendly. The coffee is good too.
