We have been working with Aqua since they built our pool in 2008. The pool and back yard design has become the envy of our neighborhood. The construction went exactly as planned and on time and budget. Over the last seven years they have continued to open our pool, service it all season, and close it each fall. The pool service has been consistent and professional. They have been very responsive to our service needs and come promptly when an issue arises. We would recommend Aqua Pool to anyone interested in constructing and servicing a pool.

Aqua pool built out pool and everything went as expected! We could not have been happier with the installation and start up. Dave explained everything and took the time with me to explain. But in the coming years the customer service has been poor. Communication between themselves and to the customer is horrible. They obviously cater to the weekly pool accounts and fit everything else in. Every spring they are overwhelmed with the amount of work and I am still waiting for work to be done. When I call I seem to get the runaround. Would defiantly use another company for repair work
