My Favorite Cleaners & Laundry

I was honestly sad to leave this place when I moved. They did a great job with everything– especially with wool/​cashmere sweaters. Old, pilled sweaters came back looking brand new. I used them to mend items I would have normally taken to a seamstress. Their laundry service was reliable as well. Prices are reasonable, and it’s always worth it. Super attentive, friendly service.

They use a neutral but still nice smelling detergent, everything comes back perfectly clean and dry, and folded very compactly and neatly. Never had anything lost, shrunk, or damaged, and they even match your socks. Best dry cleaning I have found in the Williamsburg area too.
The best part is the guy who works there seemingly everyday quickly gets to know who you are, and is quite possibly the nicest, friendliest person I’ve ever encountered in any type of store in Brooklyn. The inside of the store is really clean and spacious.
When we had a disastrous flooding incident in our apartment, and wound up with over $ 500 of dry cleaning and laundry to do, they came to the rescue and handled everything for us. I couldn’t believe some of the items they were able to save that I had thought were ruined.
Since they do free pickup and delivery, we’re going to keep using their wash and fold/​dry clean services even though we are moving a little further away. Just can’t bear the thought of switching after the impeccable job they have done with our laundry over the past year and a half.

I’ve been dropping of my laundry here once a week for the past year and they are wonderful! Extremely friendly customer service, quick turnaround, my stuff comes out flawless and clean every time. The best in the neighborhood!

Compared to the other neighborhood dry cleaners, this place is phenomenal. And even better that they are a block from my apartment.

I found this place after one of the other neighborhood cleaners lost my favorite silk blouse. Initially I tried this place just because they do everything on site but I’ve since come to also appreciate how friendly and accommodating they are. Anytime I need something quick or done to a certain instructions (pants no pleat) they just do it without any issues. Been bringing my clothes here now for about a year with no problems.

My Favorite Cleaners is 100% my favorite when it comes to dry cleaning. Their customer service is excellent, they have very reasonable turnarounds and pricing, and they always remember me! I wear a lot of silk in light colors and can get a little messy and sweaty, but each time, I don’t have to worry because I know they will be able to clean up my messes. I really appreciate the attention they give to each garment I’ve dropped off, inspecting it fully, identifying stains even I didn’t notice. It’s so nice having them in the neighborhood.

They also dry clean and repair things like broken zippers which is a plus. The building is very nice on the inside too which is a plus. I’ve been to three other places in Williamsburg and this is by far the best.

Quality customer service, quality cleaning. I’ve been dropping off my laundry and dry cleaning at this location for 3 years now. Family owned and operated, these guys really know how to take care of the customer.

This aptly named dry cleaners is the best! They really set themselves apart with their customer service. They remembered my name after one or two visits which impressed me. They are really on top of their stuff and I’m always very happy with their work.
