This place is a joke. The customer service is incompetent. The rules are the worst I’ve ever seen. 1 death games. They don’t play objective based games. Its all young kids that work there. Seen young enough that they couldn’t even vote! The field itself was nice environment. Needless to say I won’t return there. Go somewhere else if you are not a new player.

Bought a groupon, and took my teenage son and his friend. The staff was friendly, but clearly overwhelmed. The boys had fun with the other 15 or so kids there, until two kids showed up with totally tricked out guns. Even when it was 17 against two, those kids dominated, making it no fun for the other kids. The kids asked if there could be separate games and were told no. The refs also didn’t seem to think the rules applied to those two kids. So the boys spent over an hour sitting around, not playing, waiting for the pizza the desk guy promised to order but didn’t(they offer that as a service). At least he refunded my money for the pizza. Waste of time and money, we will find somewhere else to go. No wonder they were offering a groupon.

i have taken groups of boys here(starting around age 10 and now they’re 13) about 7 times in the past couple of years and had a great experience each time. the staff is super helpful, the refs are great and they have a good emphasis on safety. the cost isn’t bad(about $ 40) when you factor in it covers 3 hours on/off the field as well as gun/ammo rental and safety pads/gloves. you can also bring your own snacks(although they have a reasonably priced snack bar there) if you have a group. i highly recommend this place!

I have been going to this place for airsoft for a few years now. I like everything about it. It is completely safe, they have refs enforcing the rules at all times. You only have to be 10 to play here. I have noticed this place has become a hangout for the regular players to hang out on top of playing airsoft.

Okay so in all fairness, I may not be fully qualified to rate this place. Offer my opinion yes, but rate star-wise, prob not. The reason I say that is that this is the first and only place I have done paintball, and it was one time off a buywithme deal. So We got a group of about 10 people(adults, mid to late 20s) to go on a Saturday afternoon and we had a blast. It was indoors, which I’m told is very very different from outdoors. The area seemed to be a good size, but as more and more kids showed up, there were less and less places to hide and coordinate an attack from. However, I had a great time. The people working there were nice and very professional. The guys in the front at the counter were super helpful. Overall it was a great experience and my entire group left wanting more. Unfortunately, coordinating 10 busy people for another paintball trip to Walpole isn’t very easy, so I have no idea when or if we’ll be heading back there anytime soon. I’m sure experienced paintballers could offer much more detailed advice and perspective, but if you’re like me and just looking to have a fun time, I think you’re making a safe bet going here.

This indoor paintball field has good points and bad. The indoor nature of the field allows for all-season playing but lack a lot for field diversity. For an indoor paintball field it isn’t bad for size but there’s only so much you can do with 1 field. They also use non-paint balls that can make it a bit harder to determine if you were officially hit or not. With paintballs, the paint indicate a hit and sometimes the paintballs don’t break. With these balls, it was definitely harder to know if you got hit or got a bounce shot, etc. The refs were pretty good but generally hid behind a protective shield instead of being more active observers. Cost was good with a buywithme deal at $ 20 for 3 hours, 200 paintballs and rental equip.
