I’ve eaten here twice in the last 6 to 8 years. Foods okay, the sun coming through the windows is blinding. Except for the bullhead dinners there are other places that you can eat and enjoy yourself.

Whenever I hear the word«roadhouse» Williams Restaurant is the place that always comes to mind for me. It is located on the corner of East Taft Road and Minoa-Bridgeport in an area known locally as Rattlesnake Gulch(a rare type of rattlesnake lives in the nearby swamp). The parking lot of Williams is crowded every afternoon with the work trucks of construction workers unwinding after a long day. William’s Restaurant has been around as long as I can remember. It is locally famous for its Friday fish fry. I used to remember the sign in front advertising bullhead dinners when I was young. Most of my interaction with William’s was hanging out in the bar after summer softball games. Most of the meals that I have had have been end of the season banquets.
