I come here for my pool and also recently purchased my spa earlier in the year from these guys. They were super friendly and helpful during the process, as they are any time I go in for water testing and to buy chemicals. I wish they did more pool maintenance so I didn’t have to go elsewhere for that, but for what I need from them, they do a great job. Love my spa and my pool gets plenty of use in the summer as well and we haven’t had any issues!!!

Maybe the rudest floor manager I have ever encountered. The staff was extremely uneducated on their own products and seemed as though they were there for just a summer job. They also looked stoned or high the last time I was there. I started to go to Tarson Pools just down the road and the assistance was incredible! The quality and variety of products were far more superior. My wife and I compared prices between the two and Tarson was considerably less for the exact same products. Very knowledgeable and personable as well. Try to avoid L’pool and Spa. Bad service. Bad prices!

Ken, in the service department, was very friendly and helpful over the phone helping to answer my questions. He was quite knowledgeable and went into great detail showing a depth of knowledge related to hot tubs and their servicing.
Then I stopped in person to check out the showroom and they have a large variety of nice tubs. I don’t know all the details or specifics but it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re shopping for a tub and are in the area.
