Yes, I know the area this is in are is not populated with a lot of permanent residence, but this movie theater is SUPER tiny. The screen is size is as if we were in a college classroom. The theater room we were in was designed pretty badly cause when people got up, it would cast their shadow on the screen. This movieplex needs an upgrade. Even for $ 8, it’s not really worth it.

My boyfriend and I were staying at the Pocono Palace and we decided to catch an afternoon showing of Nightmare at the Museum 3. The tickets were inexpensive($ 8 for adults). My boyfriend and I arrived a few minutes late. Surprisingly, the movie started exactly on time. We didn’t see any previews. I was comfortable in my seat. But keep in mind, I’m 5’0″ tall. My boyfriend felt a little squished and he is 6’3″. The movie played without any hiccups. Overall, I would come here again if I were in the area.

Vacation in the poconos every year around this time, but never tried this theater before. Have been to many local theaters in my hometown and this one blew them out the water… movie quality was great. theater was clean and seating was adequate. staff was personable and helpful… bathroom was very clean. Place is way bigger than it looks from the outside. Can’t speak as to the concession stand that a few people have complained about as we did not utilize it. but it seem to be adequate at just a walk by tour of it. prices were fantastic…7am movie for 2 adults and 2 kids. $ 28… that half of the regular prices… if your looking to catch a flick I definitely recommend this place!!!

This theater looked pretty cute from the outside… I couldn’t even recognized it was a movie theater… that’s how small it was… it looked like a mini store… One person works at the ticket booth selling tickets… Cheap tickets… cost eight bucks per tickets for adults… I got my student I’d out… which was filthy cent less. so seven filthy lol… the guy that work there was nice… Didn’t seem too busy… came here on a Sunday afternoon to watch xman days of future pass… The movie was awesome !!! But the seats and the quality was not… seats were extremely uncomfortable… small and cramped. can’t even move the arm rest back… how sucky is that… even though it was cramped if the arm rest could of moved… there would of been a better chance of me being a little bit more comfortable… The quality was defiantly not HD… I can see the cut offs and the black out though the movie… It was pretty bad quality for a movie theater movie… Suppose to be perfect and clear… What I liked about this movie theater would be… not crowded and cheap tickets… other then that its like whatever… They didn’t even sell any types of food… what kinda movie theater doesn’t sell munchies for people watching a movie… the consecution stand is basically closed… bummer you would think but to me I didn’t really care… I saw the food over the counter it looked old and disgusting… there was spider webs near the candies… Um no thanks… The restrooms were ok… I guess not the worst bathroom Iv ever seen… but there’s always room for improvement on sticky bathroom floors…

My daughter loves to go to Applebee’s. Why? «Mac & Cheese!» I try to explain to her that it’s the same Kraft Mac that we make at home, but being out just seems to make it better in her mind. Same goes for movies. Sure, this theater isn’t cutting edge, or fancy, or even especially clean… but that’s not the point. Your kids are out to watch a movie, and they’re with you. At $ 8 an adult ticket and $ 6 for a child(regular shows — not matinée), you get to put a smile on their face for relatively little out-of-pocket. Concessions are similarly cheap(maybe $ 5 for most expensive item?), but threadbare in offerings: popcorn, nachos, candy, and drinks. Nachos aren’t very good, though. Kinda cardboard-like. This isn’t the spot to catch the latest summer blockbuster, but it is perfect to catch the latest kids’ movie.

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Floors were sticky, toilets smelt like a French campsite’s. felt like it just needed a good clean. Also movie theatre lighting. I get it being dark in the theatre, but why does it need to be so dark in the rest of the place? Please at least put some decent lighting on the stairs.

The theater was cool because it was so cheap! $ 7.50 for an adult ticket. The seats were comfy and the décor was updated. However, the film quality was poor. There were streaks across the film through the whole movie.
