THIS PLACE IS JUST POINT BLANK. HORIBLE !!!. I came to get an inspection done for my 2010 honda. I make an appointment for 9:00 am it was snowing that day roads are extremely dangerous i get there at 9:20 am. The shop owner marc tells me i have to wait too 1:00pm for my inspection. Mind you they have no customers in the shop and there sitting there for hours just talking shit. RIDICULOUS. I wait till 1:00pm and they hand my uninspected vehicle back at 2:47 pm. All day there for shit. DONT NEVER EVER EVER EVER EVER EVER COME TOO THIS PLACE NEVERRRRRR …

I have had a horrible experience at this place, although I have used this shop upon a recommendation from a family member.
I brought in my Explorer on a scheduled time. The phone experience was pleasant and professional. When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was very rude. He kept telling me to calm down and relax when I started asking regular questions about the repair?! I understand that it’s 9AM on Saturday, but if you are having a bad day AND you are a business owner, you don’t treat your customers like that and keep it to yourself. Despite the rudeness that both me and my sister (my lift that morning) experienced, I left the car there for repair. And boy was that a mistake.
After a regular oil change and a «check», I have had a part go bad immediately. I have traveled to East Stroudsburg for over 300 miles without a problem. Immediately after the repair, I had to spend $ 600+ for a part that went bad… interesting. I did not go back for that repair nor I will ever use their services.
I would stay away, even if this place is the closest one to your place. There simply is a lot of competition in the area and I think a business should deserve and respect your business. My experience was the complete opposite.

Hands down honest and great service. Had my cars fixed around the area. Hard to find an honest mechanic, especially for foreign car. This place does honest work. Mark the owner will tell you before hand, what has to be done to your car. No gimmick, no hidden charges. Quality repair in timely fashion.
