I am actually writing to COMPLAIN about your manager Deanna. I ordered a feta wrap which I asked if any sesame was involved in it, cashier told me she didn’t think so. I came back and politely asked if I could have my money back because I was having an allergic reaction to it. Mind the fact I wasn’t complaining or giving any hard time. All I simply asked is if I could have my money back after taking one small bite from it. Then I get your store manager Deanna who did not introduce herself, to take care of me. Right off the bat starts ATTACKING ME. She mocked me, embarrassed me in front of the other employees and didn’t even ask if I was OK. Instead she with the WORST ATTITUDE tells me «what am I suppose to do with this, I can’t re sell it!.» Well jeez THANK GOD my allergy didn’t get worse or maybe even kill me ??? I cannot the believe the rudeness I received from beginning to end. Despite the fact I remained calm and Pleasant throughout the whole argument. I can’t believe the way a manager acted. Every time I’ve come there i had great employees who were very nice and welcoming… who would have thought the manager was a rude human being. Horrible. Calling corporate tomorrow.

all starbucks are the same? methinksnot. i ordered on my app, and went inside, stood where i was supposed to stand, like normal. usually when someone is done with their order they look up and acknowledge me… 5 minutes the girl didn’t see me, if i can see her, she can see me. its called peripheral vision lol… the store was empty mind you, drive through was hoppin as usual.
this girl looks up at me after 5 minutes and says, did you order? i said yes it was mobile, she said «your supposed to tell me its mobile» i get my coffee and go.
OK, first off, I’m not going to scream «HEY YO MOBILE ORDER OVER HERE» when you clearly look busy and haven’t had a second to even acknowledge me. thats not how i roll…
the girl was short with long blonde hair, petite, idk if that helps but stay away from her, not so nice.

This review is based solely on the Cold Brew Coffee. I want to say thank you for ruining all my iced coffees in the future. This is by far the best iced coffee i have ever had, hands down. Smooth, great taste and cold. My only complain is the Trenti (whatever the hell its called) is not big enough. Also this location rocks on how fast they get people in and out the drive thru. Everyone with their grade soy almond mojitos or whatever need to switch and get this cold brew stuff!

Not as friendly as most Starbucks are, and the amount of makeup the workers wear is atrocious, I’m waiting for it to start melting off lol. However, they do their job.

This is my go to Starbucks, mainly because it’s drive-​thru. I’m out of the house early enough that I don’t face a big line that is typical during rush hour or wknds. Just check to make sure you have the right drink– I’ve left a few times with the wrong one which is a sucky way to start the morning.

Pros: Fast service with efficient staffing, clean, has drive thru with big pictures and menu selections prior to driving up to place orders, parking is available for those who wants to order inside, 4 lounge chairs, 4 tall seatings nearby the front entrance, a few tables in the back.
Ordered their skinny vanilla latte and breakfast sandwich of sausage, egg and cheddar on biscuit. Yummy!
Cons: overpriced but then again that’s Starbucks in general, there’s no ketchup condiments for breakfast sandwich:(

My drink is often made wrong, and it usually takes at least around ten minutes for the drive through. Half the time they dont have what I want (matcha powder, even green tea) and half the staff is snotty and rude, but the other half is super nice. Hm.

I absolutely love Starbucks, But this place makes me think twice sometimes about coming here. This location needs to perhaps hire more staff if that’s the problem, because they don’t always get the right drive thru orders. The person who I’m assuming takes the orders/​cashier is always annoyed and not friendly at all. I will prob start going to other Starbucks even if it means taking an extra 5 minutes to actually go inside. Also they have messed up my order a couple of times so I always double check and ask to make sure they have my right order but they are always just rushing you to drive away. Lines are usually long since there isn’t many drive thru Starbucks around. So if you aren’t rushing then you will be good, and just double check to make sure they gave you your right order before you drive off. It’s happen to me when rushing to work and it’s been the most annoying frustrating way to start my day off, especially when I obviously don’t have the time to drive back and have them prepare my right order. If I’m paying $ 6 for my coffee I expect it to be the right order.

Pretty average Starbucks. Has a drive through. Clean and well kept… I come here with a close friend of mine the service is always pleasant. In the corner of the plaza so there is usually good parking.

Very quick and friendly service. Recomended.
People are proffesional at their job. I always satisfied frim the service.

Today was the 2^nd time in a week that I’ve gotten grief at this location
I always get skinny latte with protein scoop
The protein is always steamed into the milk because if they put it in with coffee you get cheese curd
Well twice now this is what I’ve gotten cheese curd coffee flavor
When I come Monday– friday never an issue I never even have to ask for my coffee much less anything else.
Last Sunday it was an allergen.
It’s whey protein — the allergen is milk
I am asking you to steam it with milk
Duh!
Today — we don’t steam it I am pretty sure that it’s clogging our steamers.
Wtf?
I spoke to district manager and if necessary
I will contact corporate
Here’s a concept — don’t steam it? Tell me don’t force me to be surprised when I go to drink t and practically choke on it

This is the worst starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life. After a dozen visits or so I’ve realized that none of the baristas there listen (esp the kids at the drive through window) My drink was made wrong every time despite me being very clear and concise with ordering. I’ve been charged incorrectly several times and the staff doesn’t seem to concerned about being more efficient. I am always asked my name for the cup and my name is four letters long which I spell each time and it has ALWAYS come out wrong. Oh well, why pay for a headache when you can go to any number of better bux.

Pretty good Starbucks. This location is tucked in at the end of a mini mall and is quieter and a bit smaller than most other Starbucks locations in the area.
Seating is a bit hard to get during peak hours, but the seating location is nicely situated in the back. Great place to get work done.
My personal favorites for drinks are the frappaccinos, particularly the new Café Espresso and the Pumpkin Spice, as well as the variety of ice teas.
The service is pretty good here. There is a drive thru and plenty of parking in the mini mall lot.

Five stars isn’t for the coffee or drinks because while I think Starbucks is definitely decent, it clearly isn’t the best coffee/​espresso you can get. However, I have found that this is an excellent Starbucks and one I go to usually a couple of times per week. I recently got an internship further north on Route 17 and this place has been awesome. No matter how long the drive thru line seems, it doesn’t take more than 10 minutes from when you get in the line to when you get your order. They are really efficient! Drinks have always been well made which is something that lacks at other Starbucks drive-​thrus I have gone to. I have also gotten breakfast and it has been hot and without any issues. I always pay through my phone with the Starbucks app so I can get rewards. I’ve been inside a couple of times and it’s fairly small but there are several tables. Love this Starbucks location and especially the drive-​thru!

My boyfriend and I come here just about every weekend. It’s just a little something I look forward to. The service here is pretty fast and friendly. Even when the place gets busy they keep their cool and have great service. The drinks are made very well and are consistently delicious. My favorites are the skinny cinnamon dulce (sp?) latte and the skinny vanilla macchiato.

Great service with a nice drive through. Since it’s right off the highway, I would never expect expect this to be a great place to study or have a quiet conversation, and it’s not. Regardless if I need a quick java fix this Starbucks is a great convenient place for that.

Overall a standard Starbucks.
We came here to get some studying /​work done but the loud music blaring was very distracting even with noise canceling headphones on.
On a side note — I sat across from this guy that kept talking to himself and acted a bit crazy.
If you come to just get coffee and leave? Perfect
If you’re looking for a place to study, work or read? Not the place to be

Had 2 Birthday cake pops because they are my favorite. They are extremely sweet and give you the great taste of birthday cake with icing and all in a personal sized portion… the service was efficient, the people behind the counter smiled and were nice. Had a fine experience

Excellent service, fast drive-​thru, but I go here for the strong java. Best picks are Mocha Light, Skinny Cinnamon Dolce latte, Skinny Hazelnut Macchiato, and my breakfast du jour, the Blueberry Oatmeal.
Their consistency is strong, which is a must because I hate weak or off coffee.

I really like this Starbucks. It’s quieter than most in the area and the people that work here are really nice and helpful.
I don’t drink coffee and ordered one of the «secret menu» items that I found on the internet called butterbeer. I expected the person behind the counter to be disgusted with me for ordering something complicated and unknown, but he asked how to make it and was completely pleasant about it. It also tasted awesome.
I’m also a huge fan of the cake pops — try the birthday cake or the salted caramel. Both are crazy good. And, the newly added morning buns are tasty too.
