Our refrigerator was diagnosed dead by a repair person earlier in the day. It’s Thanksgiving week. We’re having a party two days later. I went into their showroom with two small, antsy children, hoping to find a unit that fit our specific space, and one that was in stock and could be delivered in time for the party. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and smilingly patient with my active children. They showed us several units, spending time on each to give strengths and weaknesses based on our specific needs. They ended up recommending a suitable fridge, giving us the lowest possible manufacturers price (hundreds less than Home Depot), a rebate, free, next-​day delivery and a credit for our old refrigerator. A first-​time customer, I wouldn’t think twice about buying my next appliance from S and W.

My husband and I have bought multiple appliances from S and W and have been most impressed. They are our go to appliance shop. We have also bought appliances for our rental and I, for my clients, as a realtor.

My wife and I got some prices for a gas stove, microwave and dishwasher. I Emailed S&W with the relevant info and asked for pricing. After exchanging e-​mails, We went to the store and got a much better deal on a package deal. The best part was the company takes care of all the rebate info and we just sit back and receive the rebates in the mail, no paperwork. Fast delivery and great custome service. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Folks, in this case you really can «have your cake and eat it too» by working with «the little guys» and still saving dough, with additional perks to boot. Anything that helps soothe the sting of a large appliance purchase…
My husband researched the crap out of what model of washer/​dryer to buy (went with LG), then where to get it, pricing out Lowes, Sears, Home Depot, RI locals, EVERYBODY. S&W had the best deal possible after rebates. Which, by the way, they did everything they could to ensure a smooth rebate transaction, filling paperwork, copying receipts.
They were great to work with and came to deliver and hook it up the next day. Free haul-​away!

S&W is great! I was referred here by a friend who has used S&W for decades and have so far bought a refrigerator and a washing machine from them. They really know their stuff and don’t give you any baloney. The sales staff doesn’t work on commission so they don’t try to sell you the most expensive appliances or things you don’t need. Derek is the sales rep who sold me both appliances and he is excellent. I recommend S&W to all my friends.

The Bosch appliances were their top of the line models and came with a $ 1,700 rebate, and what’s awesome about S&W is that they will submit the rebates for you, and when the debit rebate card comes in the mail you can give it to them and they’ll credit your credit card!
