Very disorganized & unprofessional. Poor customer service. Poor job retention for those truly, compassionate, hard working employees. Pseudo advertising of company services, such as, having in-​house therapy programs Patients dissatisfied with meals & care. The management forces patients to stay longer in order to reap the benefits of insurance payers.

I would not let my worst enemy step one foot in this sad excuse for a nursing home — - my father was here for a short time and his care was horrible— inept, rude staff— I told the head person there at the time how they mis– handled his care and made him much worse and her attitude and answers where beyond un– professional– stay away from this train wreck of a nursing home.-
