When it works, it works. When it doesn’t, the service manager isn’t all that good at taking criticism or dealing with fixing things. But, mostly, for most people, it works. Luckily, the dealership GM, Rick Price is attentive and willing to work with customers to see that they are satisfied. If only the service manager and service writers had the same spirit and skill.

I’ve been coming to Lancaster Toyota Service Center for a few years now. They provide probably one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had from a «dealership». I’ve purchased other Toyota’s because of this experience.
I feel like their pricing is fair for what you get. They go the extra mile to create the best experience.

5 stars because they keep you informed and are really helpful. They are also patient in their explanations and do their best to get you in on short notice. Steve, the service manager, is awesome and creates a strong sense of shared purpose with his team.

3 stars but only for the polite and prompt service. $ 63.34 for synthetic oil change. I was quoted $ 52.50, which I feel is a bit pricey to begin with. Synthetic oil was apparently needed per the service tech, but this should have been explained before the service was done. This was the first time we took our new car for service and probably the last for any oil changes.
