Another day, another experience… went back for my hitch and this time, staff was very polite and kind, and even punctual. Not sure why last time was sooooo late and irritating… second time’s a charm, though, apparently. At any rate, it hasn’t fallen off yet! Michael was very nice, and professional.

This location was grossly understaffed! I had to wait two hours on line due to there being only ONE U-​Haul employee working at the check in desk (despite the fact there were 3 kiosks). I would not use this location again and will not recommend it to any of my friends or colleagues. The staff did the best they could but this location has the worst management I’ve ever seen. Find another location, this one isn’t worth the headaches.
