Extremely disappointed. Ordered arrangements for my mother’s funeral and they were so sparse they looked horrendous. I was actually speechless when I went to pick them up. We were on a budget but they could have said to me that’s not possible on your budget or substituted with a less expensive flower. That was not offered. They just added a ton of greenery to the point where the entire arrangement looked like a bush! I had them add a bunch more flowers which brought the price way beyond. I could have gone to another florist and gotten the same thing for half the price. They were recommended to me and I wanted some place on the way to the funeral home. Never again.
