Century Billiards & Game Room

James was very helpful with me making decision on purchasing a table and moving it to my house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have similar services done.

Century dismantled, moved and reassembled our 1914 Blatt recently. The men showed up on time and completed the job the same day. Upon getting home, I noticed the table wasnt set square to the room. I called and spoke to Robert Grimaldi who assured me he would get back to me ASAP to have men come back. He never called. After playing on the table, I noticed one of the ball returns wasnt working, 2 of the pockets werent set right, the new felt was ripped slightly at one of the pockets, and the leather that is nailed into the pockets wasnt pinned right at 3 of the 6 pockets. I had since moved the pool table to be square with the room with the help of 3 friends. I once again called Robert who told me he couldnt schedule an appointment right now because he was to busy, but would contact me when he had men in the area. Weeks go by, and no call. I had to call Century 4 more times and hear plenty more excuses before giving up, disputing the charge with Amex, and now writing a review (this is the 2^nd review I have ever written on a poor service provider).
I dont know who else is out there to service pool tables on long island, but any of them have to be better than Century under the direction of Robert Grimaldi.
