JL Brady was great from start to finish. The call to set-up the appt. was quick and easy. They gave me a ½ hour timeframe, and honored it. Usually, you have to be available for 4 or more hours with other services. The plumber was friendly and professional. He arrived on time and didn’t mind my rude dog. He gave me options for my repair and made sure I was comfortable with the service and price. He replaced the faucet quickly and for $ 100 cheaper than I’d been quoted elsewhere. I would highly recommend JL Brady plumbing to my friends and family!

The plumber did not have the proper tools to complete the job. He told us he would be back on Monday (leaving the kitchen sink drain pipe draining on the floor) We insisted that he seal it. He said he already had other appts so he’d get back to us when he could.
They refused to make appointments and when I missed the first call (I was on a business call) they just moved on and put you at the bottom of the list. Not a good way to do business

Good, honest service… and quite possibly the best price in town on a new water heater. The installation guy we got went out of his way to coordinate a time that worked for us. He was a good guy, and he did a great job.
Highly recommend!
