Made an appointment for 10am to do a simple NYS inspection… Brought it in at 10 sharp. Wasn’t greeted by anyone around and finally 10 m later some one came to front window and just stared at me. I told him I had an appointment to do an inspection. He said it will be a few minutes he was running around. 15 minutes passed with no acknowledgment. Another 15… I took my car and drove off after waiting until 10:45 for a 10am «appointment»… This place is disorganized beyond belief.

brought my car in when I found a leak on the ground under the engine. I left it with Tom and he told me they would have to lift the engine out to replace the gaskets that were leaking. I left the car with them and after 4 days it was ready and I was over $ 1,000 lighter. Within a week it was leaking again and I brought it back, this time it took 3 days.
After they worked on it it always smelled of burning oil and once I saw smoke coming out of the engine compartment.
Not wanting to have a car fire or getting stuck somewhere I got rid of the cxar.
The car was returned to me filthy each time with junk left inside the car and greasy dirt on the outside.
I will never bring my car back to these guys again.
