The people who work in this store are completely disrespectful and absolutely disgusting in the way they talk to and treat their customers. They do not know how to leave their personal business AT HOME and not bring it into the work place. The owner doesn’t know what he’s doing at all, and he doesn’t care one bit how inappropriately and disrespectfully his employees act in front of customers. The cashier literally told a woman to go f*** herself as she was exiting and the owner didn’t do a thing. No wonder this place barely has any business to begin with. If you’re thinking about going to this liquor store think again, there are plenty of others in East Meadow that are 100% better.

When I was at this store today I overheard a male cashier yell at a woman customer who was leaving to go f— herself. I’ve seen this man here before and he’s always so rude!!! Along with another man who I believe is the manager. It’s UNBELIEVABLE. I no longer feel comfortable shopping here and I don’t know who else would! It’s absolutely disgusting. Does customer service not exist anymore?! They need to get their act together before they lost all their customers and have to shut down, but I don’t see them changing because they don’t even care.

Went in to get some spirits for my evening at dinner with friends. I couldn’t find what i was looking for but the gentleman behind the counter found it right away for me. They have the coolest thing i have ever seen in a liquor store. I wish i took a picture. Oh well next time. Its a machine that chills your bottle in 5 mins flat. I think that is beyond cool. So i got my champagne and my Kim Crawford SB for the evening and im home relaxing now. Good times.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Not only are the employees snarky, condescending Wine Snobs, I have also – on 2 occasions – been «helped» by an employee who literally never looked up from his phone the whole time. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The place has a good selection of wines and other liquors. The owner is an honest guy who will help you with selections and deliveries. The store also has enough private parking space for the customers. My favorite wine store in the locality. They also hold occasional free wine tasting events.
