Im standing outside the store and writing this review, my wife and i just walked into the store in east meadow and saw three representative one was on the phone the other two did not even acknowledge us we walked looking at shower doors and no one even tried to assist us my wife eventually walked over to a lady and asked for assitance and she made us feel like we didn’t belong she quickly dismissed us and walked back over to her desk. Go somewhere else to spend your money you’re not welcome at this store.

After going to their sister store furnikit many years ago and having a good experience I decided to try consumers for a new vanity and top for my bathroom. Kevin was not very enthusiastic to help me. You can tell he didn’t want to deal with a small job… geez it wasn’t like the store was even busy. They only will come measure for kitchens… not bathrooms. I guess I am not worth your time and you lost out in the chance for my future kitchen renovation. Ohh and he didn’t even ask my name at any point through NY uncomfortable stay to get s price quote. Maybe I look poor or unassumung but can guarantee I make twice as much money as Kevin ever will with his pig attitude. Thanks Consumers for wasting my Friday evening.

The absolute worst place to deal with. Went TWICE on different days during the week. And the sales people 1 couldn’t get up to greet us. 2 didn’t even bother to ask my wife and I if we needed help. Finally when we asked if they could help us. The one jerk salesman said he was busy and to ask another guy. Good job by him. He let a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms walk out the door. Obviously he’s well off and him and his company doesn’t need my business.

Based on numerous negative reviews I was leery but decided to see for myself. My wife and I spoke to a salesman. After looking at options, he scheduled us for the following week to look at a detailed plan. My wife and I rearranged our schedules to be there. The salesman didn’t show up to work and didn’t tell anyone he had an appointment. Another salesman apologized and we started to leave. Then I thought we could ask THAT salesman to help. We went back in the store and I couldn’t find him. I went up to a different salesman at the next desk and said, «Excuse me. Do you know where the gentleman is that was sitting here?» His response, «I don’t know. Somewhere in the store.» REALLY? Not, «I will find him» «I will page him,» etc. It’s a showroom. It’s a SALES FLOOR. If the sales force is a no show or don’t want to life a finger for a potential customer… NO WAY. I wouldn’t go in there if there gave kitchens away. My experience only served to reinforce the dozens of negative reviews I have seen on this company.
