Complete Basement Systems of NY

I finished my basement a few years ago and it has always been damp. I bought a portable de-​humidifier that always needed to be emptied and could never handle the volume of space. I contacted Complete Basement Systems and met with Daniel. He was kind and courteous and totally knowledgeable. We went over the available systems and decided on the Sani-​Dry XP unit. Jessica scheduled the installation for a week later and the installers were right on time. Installation went without a hitch and all was good. The system is truly incredible. Within 2 – 3 hours the humidity in the basement dropped for 76% to 52%. It actually warmed up too because it wasn’t as damp. If you have a basement you NEED one of these systems.
