I went here for a basic elegant curl, with my side in a small braid. It was horrible. My hair felt crunchy with the amount of product the woman put it. That wasn’t even the whole of it. I had an appointment and waited an hour after my time to sit. There was only one other customer in the salon. She seemed confused on what I wanted and it took her 5 times to do a braid. I looked like Annie when she was done. She said «don’t worry it will fall» I have kinky frizzy hair normally and I looked horrible. Well it fell like she said. Into NOTHING! Waste of $ 150. Not to mention the staff was unprofessional and rude.

Love this salon. I see Kim who does my hair and she is excellent and super friendly.

I usually get my hair done at another place but because I wanted to get a trim, I thought hey, why not go to a local place. That wasn’t a bright idea.
So I asked for a wash, cut and blow. The shampoo lady literally just used shampoo, wiped my hair and thats it. I thought she was going to put in conditioner. and that’s it. No conditioner. Then when I got my trim, the cut was good (thank goodness) but the stylist kept grunting because she didn’t want me to cut my hair. Then she kept saying, why won’t you just keep it long. Now, I wanted a trim because I had split ends, right after she was done cutting, she blow dried her hair, but I see smoke!!! then she somewhat made this smacking motion… that kind of scared me
i think i’ll stick back to my main stylist… permanently.
