What a fun, relaxing and upbeat office and staff! My nervous 7 yr old was made to feel very comfortable and we were impressed with the ease of how our appt flowed. All our questions were answered (and then some) and Dr. Jeff and Mary were excellent. Couldn’t think of how it could have gone better.

Every time our family goes in, the experience is better than the last visit! We came in for the initial appointment to begin a Phase 2 treatment. The financial options have improved over when our older daughter started her treatment a year ago! I am continually impressed with Kozlowski Ortho, and their care and concern over the entire family, and their willingness to work with families who have multiple patients in teatment at the same time. Very flexible, and highly recommended.

The entire experience is a pleasure. The check-​in process is easy. Appointment availability is great. Estimated appointment times are close. Dr. Jeff’s bedside manner and pursuit of perfection are admirable. There is excellent follow through and the office staff is impressively efficient and pleasant. Kudos to Dr. Jeff and his staff for quality, efficient, and easy orthodontic care.

My son finished his orthodontic treatment with Dr. Kozlowski and his team last year. My daughter is in braces now, and my youngest son will be seeing them in a few years. It’s that simple… I trust my family to Dr. Jeff and he delivers quality every time. There is no question that the practice is focused on high quality orthodontic care embracing technology to its fullest. The entire staff is committed to customer service and my family is always treated with respect and kindness. As a periodontist, I refer my patients to Dr. Jeff as well, because he is an outstanding clinician who pays attention to detail. And he’s not only great with the kids… as I send many adult patients for orthodontic treatment for many reasons. Dr. Jeff and his team understand that adults are busy folks and they want treatment in the shortest time period possible. They offer adults all available options, and I appreciate knowing that if it can be done, Dr. Jeff and his team can do it! Bottom line, when it comes to orthodontic care… they are the best!
