Love their pizza! Good, sweet crust. Cheese pizza is my first voice from here. It’s thin and I can always eat more of this pizza than pizza from other places! Haha

My favorite pizza place by a wide margin. It’s a 30 minute drive for me, but worth the hassle because the pizza is AMAZING. I usually do carry-​out, but my experiences eating inside have all been positive, with friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. :)

The pizza is delicious (if you like sweet crusts) but the service is terrible. The wait staff we’ve had the last two out of three times we’ve gone have been either clueless and incompetent or just plain rude. The last time, the server didn’t seem to have ever put in our order so we waited 45 minutes for a pizza and only got it after we reminded her we were still there and then spoke to the manager. Tonight, they told us to sit anywhere (because they don’t seem to want to pay for a hostess), but then the server was completely rude about where we sat and made the two of us move from a table that sat 4 to a table that sat 8… in a completely full restaurant. We left and went to another pizza place altogether.
Next time, we’ll just do take-​out.

Going to miss the Pizza Shoppe! This is my sons favorite pizza joint by far. Unfortunately we are moving out of the area and this is one of the restaurants/​take outs we’ll really miss. We have a few more months to enjoy though!
Sweet crust, unique. Takes a little getting used to, but you’ll really enjoy it.
The restaurant itself can get busy and hectic, but that’s kind of what you want with a pizza joint! Nice selection of options. This is your prototypical NE pizza place.

Customer service is lacking. Dark and not very clean. Pizza is very sweet taste like fried dough with tomatoes sauce. Not family friendly place. Workers were swearing and got orders mixed up. Awful and was dissatisfied with even fries. I was looking forward to a better experience with the reviews. Hopefully they will improve. Best of luck.

Love the pizza, the crust is the best! HOWEVER when we tried to eat inside there were so many bugs flying around that it scared me away from eating there again because these bugs only show up when there is rotting food and unsanitary conditions. I’m almost afraid to eat the pizza but its so good that I know I will. These guys automatically square cut their pizza without asking and I’m not cool with that. The assumption is that it will be slice cut unless otherwise designated. Get your selves together guys you used to be SOOOO much better than this!

talk about worst customer service EVER!!! Wanted to have brother’s bday party here. 3 flippin weeks of phone tag with the owner Tony. told by a smart mouth young woman they don’t take reservations. repeated calls to Tony and restaurant. no response from ANYONE. We had sent out invites based upon previous business done with this place. I NEVER talked to Tony. we fortunately found another venue with 3 days to go. had to call everyone with new site. what happens today???(2 days out) VM from some women saying we could do it there!!! REALLY??? Oh and they let someone make a RESERVATION for 30 people at the last minute but couldn’t do that for us (cuz they don’t take reservations!!!) 3 weeks ago. LOVELY

One of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long while. Kim was out server, my family has been going there for a long bit. I was only visiting from Denver great pizza joint. The crust has a great crunch a be flavor to it. Serves was great and not much of a wait at all.

Never a disappointment! I could eat their pizza all day every day. The recently remodeled bar area is beautiful and great if you are looking for a casual night out

The best pizza in western Massachusetts. My family from out of state always want pizza from the pizza shoppe when they visit. Their signature sweet crust has them wanting more.

This place is an East Longmeadow institution. They recently remodeled the bar area which looks nice but I haven’t had a chance to visit. I have eaten at the pizza restaurant many times and enjoy their food. The place isn’t anything fancy but has a large enough dining room so sit a good amount of guests.
The food is good. Their pizza is unique in that the crust is much sweeter than usual. A little different but it works. I prefer a more traditional crust, but it’s a nice treat from time to time. I think their chicken parm grinders are delicious, get it with grilled onions and peppers for a treat. They also have a few beers on tap but nothing extensive as far as craft beers.
In my experience the service is hit or miss. Sometimes when it’s not busy the service is good, but I have found at busy times the service lacks at time.
Overall a good restaurant that I like to get a chance to go to. If you haven’t tried their pizza you definitely should, although I’ll stick with the chicken parm grinder!

Great place to go after work for a catch up beer and have a slice of Pizza. The staff is patient and attentive. Fun atmosphere. A fun place to hang out in East Longmeadow for sure!

Best staff and service in any of the lunch venues in the area. Been eating lunch in western ma for 27 plus years. Fat and happy…

I moved to the area 28 years ago and have for the most part enjoyed the pizza at the Pizza Shoppe… NO MORE!!!
A couple of months ago we ordered one to go, got home and realized after the first bite that it was only partially cooked. As we live 30 minutes away from the restaurant, we didn’t return it but did call and let the manager, a young woman, know about the problem. She said we would receive a free pizza if we came back within 60 days.
Well, we finally went back, but it took longer than 60 days. The next person we spoke to said it didn’t matter as credits were only good for 30 days anyway!
We ordered our usual and did not look at it until we got it home: IT WAS BURNED TO A CRISP!
We are entirely too old for this. We didn’t bother calling but I did think it would be important to warn everyone I could away from this company as they do not care what they give to their customers. The worst of it is if they make a mistake they only give a conditional credit. What nonsense.
So, after 28 years of being their customer, we will no longer go there, order out there, recommend them, or take anyone there. Buyer beware!

Absolutely LOVE Pizza Shoppe! Not just for the comfortable bar environment, but for the unique pizza they serve! The sweet dough with their sauce is a favorite of mine and come up from Ct just for it specifically.

That’s some bad pizza I thought I was back in CA! Sweet dough with a sauce that is best compared to a typical over oregano flavored canned sauce. Truly not worth eating. I had one bite and was shocked at how bad it was and another bite to confirm. The cordon blue bites were decent. I can’t imagine ever returning. The waitress was surprised we didn’t want a take out box and then told us their pizza is sweet and that some people love it and some hate it. I never met people that love sweet pizza. Truly horrible.

By far the best pizza crust around, has a graham cracker flavor that is very good and not greasy or oily like crusts can be. The sauce/​dough/​cheese ratio is spot on. I only wish I lived closer…

The best pizza! The crust is to die for! No matter how much I order it it never lets me down! Staff is super friendly and always accommodating ! The wings are great too!

I’m a pizza-​lover, and have even worked at 4 different pizza places, and this is by far my favorite pizza.
Everyone has different opinions on what the best pizza should be, but the crust here is just amazing, and the toppings are always fresh.
The only negatives are that the pizza sometimes can come out a little bit different than the time before, but honestly I’ve probably eaten 70 pizzas from here– and 68 of them were perfect. There’s also a bar on the other side that I go to sometimes which has good drinks.
