Ok, I was a little skeptical, cause when I first went in there the owner was semi short and New England brief with me (but me coming from the Midwest, everyone in NE is rudish). I took my rig there and they had both problems fixed (under what she initially quoted me). I got TWO opinions & quotes from two other places… First of all-​the other places didn’t even have either of the problems right. (I knew what was wrong with the car). Whomever she has wrenching they know what’s up!.. this place is solid. I’ll definitely be going back!

I saw what looked to be transmission fluid all on my garage floor (I’m color blind) after my daughter took her car to work. I went to my daughter’s place of employment and checked the oil and transmission fluid levels and both seemed okay. There was however fluid still leaking from the car. I took a chance and drove it to Frank’s Auto Service. Luckily I made it there with no problems. My daughter’s boyfriend was kind enough to follow me there too. The owner Patty came out and took a look at it and said she would call me later that afternoon with an update. She called me as promised and told me the oil filter was hanging on by a thread. She said they tightened it up and added a quart of oil and it was all set to go. The bill was for twelve dollars and change.
It is good to know that there are honest people out there. We took a chance with them once before because of a strange sound the brakes were making and they fixed it without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend them. They are honest good people who do great work.
By the way my daughter took her car a week before to Jiffy Lube on Main St. in E. Longmeadow just so you know. Frank’s will do all my oil changes going forward.

Great company, I’m from out of town and they were great and did not gouge or try to take advantage unlike the Mobil by the college who are a rip off

the owner patty, is a great lady she’s got great mechanics working for her.
I have brought my car their many many times and have never had a problem with them, she always tries to get me the best deal on my repair i would tell anyone to bring their car their for repair
