Started the day off by going to the place. Just an amazing experience. People are very nice and friendly. They really out of their way to earn your business. The lady was very attentive, skilled and careful with my nails. They have a great set of good quality products and beautiful colors for you to choose. I could tell because I could feel the difference after the visit and I believe my nails would last for a long time. The place is clean and organized. Very reasonable price. Highly recommended !!

Hasn’t been a week, and my gel nails have peeled. Not to mention, I waited in the pedicure chair for 35 minutes before anyone started on me, 3 technicians and THREE HOURS LATER my basic manicure and pedicure were done. Ridiculous. Not worth the money. Not to mention the last technician had the worst attitude and was so judgmental and rude. I’ll stick to my high end boston salons that have better customer service and better quality products. I really wanted to like this place too. Oh well.

I love Beauty Times! I got acrylic nails there and two fills. The place is very pretty. It offers a very relaxing atmosphere in fact I almost fell asleep while getting my nails done! The staff are very professional, the place seems quite clean and best of all they do an exquisite job with nails. Honestly they work much harder than I do at my job! I can’t wait to return for a pedicure!

I just moved to Springfield for college and was looking for a place to get my nails done once in a while. I was very impressed by the service but not only that, they did a wonderful job on my eyebrows! Im very picky about my eyebrows but this place definitely pleased me!!!

I come all the way from Southwick to go here ever 2 ½ to 3 weeks. My nails always are perfect and they last. I currently use pink/​white gel or gel polish (shellac) over gel fill, but even when I just used gel polish (shellac) they would last the full 2 weeks. The staff is nice and they always get you in fast. Everything is clean and you can even get your box with a discount card if you plan to go consistently.

I have been going to Beauty Times for a couple of years now and I have never once been disappointed. The place is always immaculate, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.
Amy is the technician that I see regularly, and I would recommend anyone to go to her. In fact, many of my family members now see her as well. She’s sweet and very thorough. She really takes her time and gives an AWESOME massage if you ever get a pedicure from her.
I’ve been to a couple of other techs when Amy is not there, and I must say that they all do an excellent job, and the prices are very reasonable. They almost always have some sort of special running.

This place is just amazing, it looks small on the outside but on the inside it’s big and beautiful. The pedicure is great they take their time with you and won’t just do you quickly and throw you out. The pedicures are highly recommended!
