I wish i could give them 0 stars. The worst customer service ever! They never asked my name, number in my party, where I was going. I had to call numerous times to confirm they even had our information! They accidentally hung up on us twice. They were supposed to pick us up at 1am on New Year’s Eve. I told them the address numerous times and they waited until 1am to even leave from their location that would take 25 minutes to reach the destination. They did not have a GPS and had no clue where they were even picking us up. They never showed and left us stranded. On top of that, they were extremely rude!!! Plan on walking if you make a reservation with this basement operation.
