Tried to get food tonight, place runs out of food and can’t seem to get orders right. Drive to the Okemos Taco Bell.

HORRIBLE! After waiting 20 minutes and never getting my order(real hard stuff, a burrito?) all the while watching order after order going out the drive through, I asked how much longer a wait for my «FAST» food to which the manager coped a nasty attitude. Ok, so give me a refund, to which she acted like it was coming out of her own pocket? I know it’s no 4star restaurant but corporate should reconsider their hiring policies! Never never going back here.

Anybody remember when you would go into Taco Bell and it was a little tiny joint with barely any seating done up to look like a fake adobe? And you went in and there were like five items on the menu and they all had pronunciation guides because none of us had ever eaten this stuff: Tah-co; Bur-eeh-to; Toh-stah-do; Peen-tos; Be-ver-ah-ges. Okay, okay. I made that last one up. But in those days you could get your Bur-eeh-to with some kickin’ tomatillo sauce. That stuff disappeared throughout the midwest about ten years back. It’s kinda back in little squeeze packs, so if you want to do this as good as fast-food can get(I’m not saying this is gourmet, mind you) order a bean burrito with no sauce and extra onions. Open it up and squeeze three or four of those packets of green sauce into it. Put it back together and try to forget that the place is named after a guy named Bell.

It’s a regular taco bell, the staff is very friendly. It’s a small one I guess just because of the location of it but it’s very clean and feels welcoming.
