Beautiful, great service. I was treated like I mattered even though I got in through Groupon. My experiences have been that those of us who look for a deal get less service. Been there. My Brazilian was perfect. I bought a package.

The office is very nice and clean. Melissa is a very charming aesthetician who tries her best to keep you comfortable during your waxing. I got a groupon for their Brazilian waxing and tried this place. I am not satisfied with my first time waxing here because it did not completely take out all the unwanted hairs. Like seriously I was expecting it to be smooth like when I got Brazilian sugaring(sugar waxing) done in CA. It took longer too and hurt more than sugaring but I suppose it depends from person to person and how often you do it. It was odd to me that she said my area looks nice and smooth now but when I checked it there were a lot of hairs still that needed to be removed by waxing and plucking. Since I was in too much pain already, I decided to get the hell out since I got work after my appointment. Fyi, sugaring took most if not all of the unwanted hairs and it made that area nice and smooth. It didn’t take too much«stripping» action and my «Sugar» mama pressed down on the area she stripped without asking me(in fact she informed me) so there is less pain. That’s why I like it and was expecting the same of their Brazilian waxing. As this was my first time getting waxed traditionally, I was not impressed by their methods and hope they learn about sugaring soon. The upside I did not react so much to the paste so there are no pimples so far. All in all I recommend you try another place for waxing or buy their groupon for Brazilian waxing at your own discretion.

I thought this place was fantastic. I bought a Groupon for my mom and one for myself for a signature facial with Heather. My mom and I both mentioned we would give 5 stars(so does that make 10 stars?) for: Facility– appeared new, very clean, professional and ‘spa like’. Staff– all extremely nice and welcoming Heather– very nice, extremely professional. And gave a great and relaxing facial. She listened to our skin concerns and tailored the facial and recommendations to our needs. She wasn’t a product pusher, which seems to be a rare find these days. Facial– r.e.l.a.x.i.n.g. You enter the room and are given the choice of a warm or cool bed. Then, you step into a strapless robe of sorts(remove top and bra, or come equipped with a strapless bra if that is more comfortable. Option to remove pants, but you’ll keep your underwear on). Once ready, you hop into the warm bed and begin your facial. The facial was part facial, part massage and lasted a full hour– something that surprised me given I came in with a deal voucher. I didn’t expect the quality service and attention I received! Note– this place is a true med spa and does not accept tips, another rare find these days! Definitely recommend– I purchased another facial for my mom on the way out!

I recently went to Aurora for a few things. I have gotten Juvederm injected and laser hair removal. I initially called to make a consultation regarding the Juvederm and the receptionist was giving me information regarding the laser hair removal. Initially I was a bit put off because I didn’t realize that she does the laser hair removal. So perhaps that should be clarified when someone calls. The office itself is very lovely and modern. The staff is quite friendly and you never have to wait around for long periods of time. The physician answered all my questions regarding the Juvederm. I scheduled appointments for the laser hair removal and the Juvederm. I cam for the laser hair removal first and it was a very quick procedure. It took all of 5 minutes to do my bikini area. I am going back for my second treatment and I am down to shaving less than once per week, so I am very happy with the results. The only thing is they don’t ever give discharge instructions which I think it confusing and probably not the best practice. I had no idea I was supposed to exfoliate or what the skin/hair follicles would look like after the procedure. So that’s definitely something they could improve upon. As for the Juvederm injection, I got it four days ago. It was relatively painless because they used a topical numbing cream and there is lidocaine in Juvederm. However, I was not terribly pleased that the physician decided to inject all of it(to give me the most bang for my buck) instead of only using what was needed. I have extensive bruising which is partly because I am very fair skinned but it seems to be greater in the areas where more was injected. However, the Juvederm has corrected the issue I wanted corrected.
