East Shore Glass, a shrine to poor business practices and egregiously bad customer service, would merit a –5.
AVOID this business!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Does not stand by their product or workmanship of installation. Needed a few simple repairs done and it takes an act from Congress to get them to come back.
Awful. Run away. There’s tons of vendors locally who do replacement windows — choose someone else.

Apparently not all customers are worth their time. Rude, pushes your service to the side, gave two different quote totals — first verbal then second was a higher written which didn’t have any information broken out. When the written price didn’t make sense and asked for the price of just the windows without installation I was then labelled as «someone who wants it separated four times» which is what a sales women told me on the phone and that Mary-​Ann was too busy and didn’t meet the time-​frame she said to get me the totals. By this I mean she told me next morning and then 4 days later when I called to follow up, the rude women on the phone said by the end of the week because Mary-​Ann was too busy for me. Total amateur hour when it comes to a simple home owner trying to get a few windows. You would have an easier time dealing with Home Depot, Lowes, or any other specialty company over these people.
