The Calabro Ricotta cheese will knock your socks off — literally! The best I’ve ever had hands down. They sell the product in specialty Italian markets around the US so find one and try this cheese! You won’t be disappointed. It’s buttery, creamy, soft and no preservatives. I’ve never tasted anything like it before. I live in the Bay Area and stumbled across this gem at Molinara’s Deli in North Beach, San Francisco. Now if Calabro can send me a shipment to sample all their cheeses — I’m golden:).
