Anderson Jewelers

Came here this morning for the first time to have a guard put on a new ring that I snagged on QVC’s clearance section. A smiling associate greeted me and kindly offered her assistance when I told her what I needed. She took my ring to the back of the store to the jeweler (Mr. Anderson, I assume). When she returned, she apologetically told me that although a ring guard would have been possible, it would scratch up the ring. I kindly thanked and departed.
Despite that, I was and am extremely impressed with the service. Any other jeweler could have slapped a guard on the ring and left me to find the scratches several moons later… but here, they sacrificed profit so that the integrity of my precious ring would not be sacrificed. Truly a class act! If you’re looking for a jeweler that’s honest and takes pride in their service and reputation, this is it. I will be returning for all my future jewelry needs.
