Went in for some liquid. Good selection. Steve went above and beyond to help me try and choose which ones Id like to drip the most. I asked him to check out my coil build and he found a problem. He fixed it right there in store and went out of his way to make sure I knew everything that he was doing and taught me more about my vape. He was very friendly not only to me but to the many many customers that came in and it is clear that he is passionate about what he does. Multiple times I heard him say he needs to call the owner to make a call on something and made sure to do that for the customers each time. It seems he could easily get overwhelmed by the one employee to 7 customer ratio especially when a bunch need their vape troubleshooted and others just want to buy simple liquid but he handles it well. The rating given is mostly for the employee. That owner needs to get his stuff in order and maybe give that employee a little more power. It’s never professional to say «I can’t do anything without the owner saying» and the owner doesn’t answer the phone.
Negatives: understaffed. Staff can’t do anything without permission.

The best vape place around. The staff is way helpful and friendly and they have an incredible amount of stock on-​hand. Sure you can buy stuff online but the ability to build your vape (or buy a kit), get recommendations and hold it in your hands cannot be understated. I am experienced vaper and still have issues finding the right stuff online. Darth Vapor has everything that I need in a bright and friendly location.
