she is no longer at this address. I ordered and left a 50% deposit of $ 2800 a runner in August of 2014. Eliza Gatfield, the owner, has repeatedly ducked my calls, i discovered that she laid off all her staff, and who knows if she’s really still in business anymore. She finally responded by email, but wouldn’t talk to me, that things have been challenging for her this year and that I will have my beautiful rug eventually, whenever that is. She said she would contact the manufacturer and let me know when. That was 3 weeks and she has not gotten back to me. Her 1 remaining store/​workroom, is closed whenever I go there, during working hours. and, now, after all this, the Nepal earthquake hit which I am sure she will use to blame all he trouble on. all these troubles preceded the tragic earthquakes. unfortunately Eliza Gatfield is no longer a responsible, honorable member of her business community. I wonder whether she ever placed my order, or used the money to go on a vacation.
