They use crisco not butter in their frosting, so beyond unhealthy. We payed extra when we asked the birthday cake be made with butter not crisco, we were promised it would be butter. Picked up the cake brought it home sure enough all CRISCO, we had to throw the whole cake away. I called them several times and left my number and got no response tried email nothing! I want to make sure everyone’s health especially allergy related to lard, not be compromised and no sad faces at your birthday parties.

Stopped in around 8am on Saturday 8⁄8. Service was better than it was the other time I was here. Ordered an everything bagel w/cream cheese & iced chai to go. Got home ate top half of bagel, went to eat bottom half only to discover a large spot of mold on it! Disappointed. Won’t be back.

Nothing whole wheat. Poor quality. No one knows anything that works there. Arguably the worst Italian Loaf I’ve ever purchased. 3rd time I’ve tried it. Last.

I’ve tried this café many times. I’m constantly disappointed. Each time I go, they’ve been out of something I order. At one point they didn’t have any ice… that was odd. The counter help isn’t very helpful either. They are very hesitant and don’t really know much about anything in the cases.

The food was fine but the service was awful! We were the only people there yet it felt like we were intruding. Honestly, they should have closed for the day and sent us away. They were out of more than half of the items we wanted, spent 20 min making crêpe batter(how long can that take?) because they ran out and overall seemed clueless about running the business. The menu was covered up with display items, I had to remind them to ring us up(its counter service) and everything took forever. It was really awkward. The pastries looked good — should have ordered a muffin(paid) and ran far away.

I stopped in here on a whim because of the name in reputation but I was disappointed with the lack of selection and the quality of the items I bought. The freshly prepared cannoli and selections were good however the red pizza slices are smaller than other places. The cupcake was dry and the calzone dough on the outside was not like pizza dough it was more hard.

I went here because the Providence bakery was closed. They have the best pepper sticks than any other Italian Bakery. They are better than some homemade ones. This is NOT the case in E Greenwich. The sticks are tasteless sticks of dough. They are not crunchy nor peppery. They are the worst ones I have ever had. Do not assume this bakery is like the one in Providence. It is NOT. Look, I’m not a foody. I had an éclair here and it tasted fantastic to me. The two young women who were the staff there in the evening, were very friendly and helpful. There was a large choice of pastries. I had a great quick very nice desert there for a modest cost.

Bought a vanilla cupcake to test out the place, tasty, but ordinary; had lots to choose from, friendly service.
