I scheduled a day to have my 3 dogs groomed here on my property. I scheduled 2 weeks in advance because that is the earliest she could come out and see me. The day she was supposed to show up, I was rushing around my morning so that I could make sure to be back at my property in time for her to show up. She never showed up. Never called, nothing. I called and left a voicemail, and an hour later she called me back and claimed that her assistant screwed up and was supposed to call me the day before to cancel because of a flat tire, and that she was very sorry, but she would make it up to me by coming 2 weeks later from the day she blew me off to groom the dogs. NO WAY. Can you believe this? She blows me off and then says it will take her another 2 weeks to make up for it. I am a business owner myself, and am a very busy person. This is not how you treat your customers, and I will never offer my business to her again. I ended up finding a groomer close to me who was half the price of her, and they did a wonderful job. Don’t bother wasting your time on this business.

Clean Pets Express came to our house this week to clean up our persian cat. She had so many matts, we didn’t know what to do. Clean Pets Express fit us into their schedule a day after we called and cleaned her up beautifully. They clipped her nails, gave her a bath and a great lion cut. She is so much happier.
Priced the same as drop off grooming and eliminates the stress of car rides and kennels.
