When ordering shredded chicken on a couple of burritos. If you are going to charge extra please be sure to in fact put that chicken on my burritos. Seems like every time I give you guys another chance my order is in some way screwed up. I have worked fast food before. It’s not a difficult job. I have no sympathy. Please get it together taco bell. Your breaking my heart.

Typical Taco Bell fare. Been here a few times. Only once was the cashier friendly. The other times they just stood there waiting for me to speak first. Also, while ordering by combo number with an additional item I thought I was done but she was still on the beginning of the combo. Needless to say that was not only 1 time. As another reviewer stated, they are very slow, yet seem to have plenty of staff. This one incident bugged me, my wife always orders a tostada with sour cream. As happens many times at many TBs it wasn’t on it. I went to the counter and the cashier didn’t have a clue of what to do so she called the so called manager. He didn’t even look at the order but tells me you didn’t order sour cream. I said well you need to do whatever you need to do to get sour cream on this item. He just looked at me and while I looked at me receipt and found the 50 cent charge for sour cream I pointed it out to him. He had a girl add sour cream to it. No sorry no how about a free dessert no nothing. If there were another in town I would go there. They also need to update the local high school décor as it’s pretty shabby

Slow as hell! Cashiers are robots but friendly. Maybe time for some re-​training. I waited 12 min on meal. If I head them tell customers, «we don’t have» one time I heard it several.
