A very well-​maintained campground, complete with play area, pool and even a little pony enclosure. The owners were very nice and made our stay comfortable.
The deluxe cabin was small but comfortable, though perhaps not ideally suited for very small children (high beds). However, it served our purpose perfectly as a base camp for exploring the area.
Pro: The best soft serve ice cream we’ve ever eaten was at another campsite just a couple of miles toward town.
Con: The campsite cabins are right next to a very busy road. It does tend to kill the mood.
