Oral Surgery Group

I have been to the oral surgery group twice in the past six years. One time for a tooth extraction and today for my wisdom teeth extraction. I was under the care of Dr. Michael Stern and Dr. Richard Stern. Both Sterns were absolutely fantastic. Both know that I absolutely hate novicane and made me feel at ease for both procedures. The nursing staff and Kelly C from billing were fantastic to deal with. The nursing staff made me feel comfortable and answered questions to make both procedures as painless as possible. Not only is the staff great, the office staff provides great reminders through email and texts when you have your appointments. I would not go to another oral surgeon. Thank you again to both Dr. Sterns!

The dentist provides acceptable care but the billing department and customer service is awful. Not worth the stress. Bedside manner of assistant during wisdom teeth extraction was unkind and rude.

I took my son to Dr Michael E Stern six months ago to remove 4 wisdom teeth, I cannot say enough about him beyond professional, personable and quite a sense of humor. My sons recovery was a piece of cake not one pain killer was taken and I believe it was a direct result of his expertise. Today I needed an extraction he got me in ASAP and once again his expertise was proved, I only used Novocaine because of my trust in him I felt no need to be sedated. I would highly recommend him. As an added plus I’ve been to both offices East and New Brunswick and every single office personnel was so nice, happy, helpful and professional.
