Called them about a week ago to request a quote; they gave me a time frame of when they would come in on a certain day. That day comes, time frame passes, so I call them to ask what happened. They said they got busy and asked if they could come later in the day. I gave them another time frame, they said they would call when they were coming. Never called, never showed up, and they never followed up with me later on as to why they didn’t show up. Unbelievable and super unprofessional.

Called on a Monday, and was given an enthusiastic choice of appointments for Thursday at 10 – 12; 12 – 2:00 or 2:00−4pm. I chose the 10 – 12. Day of the appointment, no show by 12pm so I called and he told me he was on the other side of town and should be here by 1pm and would call within 15 minutes of his arrival. At 2:15 still no show, no call — I called and got voicemail and asked when would they show up and have the courtesy to call me back. No call, no show. Totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Would never recommend them. Used 1−800-Got Junk, made the appointment online at 5pm and they showed up 8:30 the next morning, were reasonable and very good.

I had a very positive experience. The guys showed up when they said they would. Gave me a reasonable estimate. A year ago I call 1−800-Got-Junk and their estimate was outrageous!!! They promptly removed my «Junk» and we’re on their way. Very pleasant guys. I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

Called NJ Junk Guys for a quote. Spoke to Robert and he scheduled an appointment with me for the following day, towards the afternoon. Never showed or called. Giving him the benefit of doubt, i decided to call him again. He told me that his guys were busy doing another job, and would get to me as soon as they could. Wait a second, isn’t Robert the one giving me a price? not his guys. Anyway, Never showed or called. Mind you, im in North Brunswick NJ, and he is in East Brunswick NJ, which is the next town over. So i called a company all the way in Newark NJ, and they had a container out to me in 1 day. Now thats service!

We had a very positive experience. Robert showed up right on time and within one hour he had the place cleared. His price is very reasonable. We highly recommend him.
